Fast and efficient shipping. Great box, unfortunately the perfume was stolen by the courier. It was delivered opened and empty. The company was very prompt in returning my money. Better luck next time.

My first purchase experience with FragranceBuy was generally satisfactory. The items were packaged securely and arrived in good condition. However, I was disappointed with the UPS delivery service. The tracking information provided an inaccurate delivery date, and the subsequent wait for my package was inconvenient. Living in a condominium with an intercom system, coordinating the delivery required me to be available to open the gate, which became a hassle due to the incorrect tracking information.
Had a great experience with my order, first the affordability and quality of the fragrances. The shipping was mentioned I received the allotted time 4-5 business days. I already have a wishlist for a future order. I definitely recommend FragranceBuy. Ca and have mentioned your company to friends. I'm very happy with the ordering experience and the fragrances I ordered.
Haven't received yet no serious response Ups is garbage service they said it damaged can't be delivered still waiting for my refund

FragranceBuy offers consistently good service in my shopping experience with them. Shipping is as fast as you can expect for this sort of retailer, and the selection has always been great. Email support has always responded quickly in case I needed anything.
The one thing that I would criticize them about is that there had been a minor redesign to the website a few months ago, and the sorting options seem to glitch out often.
Very pleased with Fragrancebuy, the discount on their fragrances compared to retail is impressive. Also have new releases, you could find just about any fragrance.
I'm new to collecting fragrances and am on a budget. Fragrancebuy was recommended to me as a great site for authentic fragrances at great prices and boy were they right. Everything arrived in perfect condition and in a timely manner. I purchased 5 bottles so shipping was free. I'll definitely be buying more fragrances in the future.
Update: FragranceBuy reached out to me and offered me a full refund including the shipping. Thank you for extending me the courtesy. Much appreciated. I purchased two bottles of Quorum by Puig for me and my best childhood friend. The actual fragrance was nothing even remotely comparable to the original. When contacting FragranceBuy, the response was that I could get a refund minus a $13.00 return shipping cost. That's was disappointing given that I have never complained about any previous purchases and only has issue with this one, I did not expect to lose money by paying out of pocket for the return shipping cost.
