The buying experience is drama-free with FragranceBuy, which is what you want. They're really consistent in being expedite to ship once you order - some other sites may take 1-2 weeks to fulfill your order without giving you any warning when you're ordering. This time around I had to research how tariffs were impacting and they had a page with all the details right there to help. And then once it ships, whatever service level they have with FedEx just works.
I had trued to buy from you previously but problems with addresses made it impossible. This time I used PayPal. It was very easy and received my products in a timely manner. Fed ex also made it easy although I missed delivery and had to go and pick it up.
Very pleased with my purchase. Of two Atelier perfumes they are not easy to find.
Ordered a cologne for my son for his birthday. It was $300 at our local store and $132 here. It was a no brainer for tge exact same thing

I order from this company at least once a month probably more. This time I ordered a fragrance that I already have by mistake. I emailed CS as soon i submitted the request. I was advised that they could cancel the order. I immediately replied to confirm the cancellation. Today I get an email that the order shipped followed by an email from CS 3 hours later. They shipped the order without checking their emails. Now im stuck with the task of returning the item and a delayed refund! Ridiculous
Everything I have ordered has come in on a reasonable time. Items were packaged very well. No leaks or breaks. I will continue to purchase from fragbuy, as long as I can. 2 thumbs up!
