The site was very well 👌 organized, and I found what I wanted easily. The prices are great 👍, better than most. Shipping was a breeze. I bought 4 perfumes and they were all loved. Delivered in express style.

Emailed a customer service in less than an hour to change the address when i placed an order for a wrong address. Was replied with "Unfortunately, We cannot change the address"
Such a ridiculous response already. Then was informed that the package is on hold to be picked up. WTF. I asked you guys to cancel the order coz i already placed a new one. Now why would i go to pick up the package. Instead of asking customers to pick up the orders why can't you just deliver it or change the address in the first place when asked to do so

It was a great experience. I wanted the largest eau de parfum of ysl opium, and they had it for a great price. I also wanted to try some elizabeth taylor fragrances because i'm just in the mood for vintage full coverage c-word lately. I don't want to smell like a baked desert like all modern fragrances are giving. I want to smell like a high class hwoman. A full coverage c-word. I want spicy amber florals. I want 20+notes. I want to be reminded of everyone's grandma. Smoking cigarettes and their real fur coats while holding a grandchild. Anyway. This site is great. I wish i would have tried it sooner. The only thing i would want is chanel. But i know that's just a chanel thing, not a fragrancebuy. Ca thing. The bureaucracy of chanel. 25-50% off everything at the bay, EXCEPT the chanel. What can you do?

As soon as i received my package i called you but got a recording saying best way to reach us us by email so i sent you an email 8 days ago and this is the response i got! WTF

I am absolutely thrilled with every interaction possible regarding your website…your customer service is speedy, the product you offer are impressive, the prices are spectacular. The only caveat is… I wish your return policy was better. I wish I could've returned a product that I was completely unsatisfied with, yet I had opened it up. How would I know if I'm happy with a product or not unless I test it?
