The package arrived to my city on January 3 and it got delivered on January 8.5 days delayed (cmon now) and upon arrival, one of the scents was leaking and 10-15% missing. What's wrong with Fragbuy? I've been purchasing from you guys for quite sometime and very disappointed with your service. Please take a look into it and see what you can do to help me out here.

Although their fragrances are genuine but their customer services sucks! I ordered 2 creed aventus bottles on boxing day 10% discount. Out of which one bottle came leaking. I sent photos and videos of the leaking bottle. The best solution they came up with was to get $50 gift card or return, but no exchange. This Creed Aventus was supposed to be a birthday present for my brother. I did not want to refund nor to keep leaking bottle. I simply wanted a full non-leaking bottle of creed Aventus but they refuse to send another bottle. Now, if I want to purchase, I have to purchase the bottle for full price even though it wasn't my fault.

I ordered perfumes a little over 2 weeks ago and according to the delivery photo it had arrived. However, when I had gone downstairs to receive my package I was greeted with nothing there. I've contacted Fragbuy and I still have not received an update email. Very disappointing.
Every other site hides there canadian prices and has expensive delivery fees to canada. Fragbuy is not only the cheapest or the same prices as other sites but save so much with delivery! Delivery is also quick and tracked!
I ordered Montale intense cafe. The lid part that you presss down to get the fragrance out, came unattached from the bottle. I tried to put it back on and it won't go stay on, I have to fiddle with it to get the spray out. Was also supposed to receive 1000 fragrance samples and only received 1.

One bottle broken/ chipped near the atomizer- cost $ 24
