FB has a wonderful selection of fragrance and a website that is user-friendly for browsing and ordering. Prices are excellent. Delivery is prompt. The only thing I find difficult is redeeming Frag Crew rewards. It is confusing.
I would give this a 5 star because the prices are very affordable and real and my package came in 2 weeks while other took 3-4 weeks.

I spent so much money buying perfumes from fragrancebuy.ca and never have I been given free testers or samples out. I find that to be very cheap from them as many other places I buy from always have done do. This needs to change from fragrancebuy.ca!
Hi there I've ordered multiple times and I have to say there are the best and most reasonable priced across Canada. I had an issue and it was promptly sorted out by there great customer service team. Much recommended to any and all perfume enthusiasts! Highly recommended
For several months now I've been buying a few perfumes from fragrancebuy and I'm never disappointed. The service and prices are just incredible. It is certain that for 2025 I will buy other perfume on this site moreover the prices are unbeatable for several perfume.

I placed a large order a week before Christmas, expecting it to arrive in time for the holiday. A few days later, I received an email saying the order was ready to ship via FedEx. However, FedEx did not process the order for several days. Despite reaching out multiple times to FragBuy for updates, I received no clear answers, only vague responses like "According to our records, FedEx is processing your order." Unfortunately, the order didn't arrive until after Christmas, which was extremely disappointing since the items were meant to be Christmas gifts.

From Jan 2024 to Dec 2024, I made 5 purchases totally about $1200 USD in fragrances for my collection and loved ones and I haven't received any samples with my shipments - even after I have sent emails requesting some samples to be included with my purchase (for future purchase considerations).
