I ordered Creed Aventus for $453 from Fragrance buy. It does not smell right. Its very week. I wonder if its a fake. I am very upset that i didn't get what i was expecting. I wont be buying ever in future from here

Bought 3 fragrances and I'm more than impressed. The packaging was probably one of the best I've seen. Colognes also authentic and price was good. This is my first purchase on fragrancebuy and I'm very well impressed. Will definitely keep buying here.
This was my first purchase with Fragrancebuy.ca. My purchase arrived 3 days early but, one of the items I ordered had a damaged box and was leaking. I emailed customer service explaining the situation with photos of the item attached. I received a response in less than 24 hours and in less than 48 hours, the situation was satisfactorily resolved. I plan on using Fragrancebuy.ca for future fragrance purchases.

I got the Hercules clone and it was half off and damn it smelled good shipping was 3 days after it cleared the ca border not bad at all even used those cool dissolvable packing peanuts good survice
Bought from them and never received my package neither my refund. It was marked delivered and signed by FedEx, but that wasn't me receiving it neither my signature
Fragrance buy is excellent. Shipping is fast even to the US. packaging is great, and savings are huge.
It took five days from the date I placed the order for the package to even ship out. Almost a week is much to long. Very disappointed and dissatisfied

Very dissatisfied as this was a gift and one of the bottles was broken and leaked all over during delivery.However they were very understanding and quickly gave a refund. Fragrancebuy has always been transparent and good with communication even when things are out of stock. The level of care when things are broken or out of stock and they go out of their way to make things right is top notch. And they're quality of fragrances is awesome.
