Doesn't fulfill Promises, ordered some perfume based on promises which was notr kept.
When i tracked my tracking number it was showing already delivered but i didn't receive my parcel, when i sent an email on helpline email address, i got reply after 3 days & the customer service staff send me a email, looks like an easy & asked me to fill the form, do other formalities & other things to do,,, i am a working person i don't have enough time to do this kind of stuff,,,,, other websites take action right away on customers complain but here they don't treat you as a valuable customer

Order was placed in USD but somehow ended up in CAD.
Needed an invoice for that purchase, finally when the invoice was sent via email, it did not indicate the amount is in CAD, so had to contact you again just to ask you to indicate on the invoice, the amount paid is in CAD instead of USD.
Kind of a headache to have to go through that process.

Prices are OK, packaging is very good. However shipping sometimes gets delayed. But, since these are non-essential items, I can live with it.

If you live in the US, please temper your expectations on shipping, as it took over a week to receive - which was fine since I knew where I was ordering from.
