Was going to gift my brother a bottle before he left for his trip but received the wrong bottle size. Thought the exchange process would be quick but it wasn't. Had to send the bottle back and place a new order from scratch. Since the process was too long in my case, I did not reorder. They reached out and offered an apology and a coupon code for the inconvenience. Very helpful customer support
Delivery was quick. No damages. Sometimes there can be fragrances that are sold out more often than other sites, but luckily the ones of interest to me are always in stock. Super pleased!
Delivery was smooth and easy. Packaging also great. Only thing was that the cologne spray cover is too tight and came apart. The cologne itself is weak and doesn't last long (but that's Burberry's fault I think).

Dolce and Gabbana Light Blue Forever is discontinued and harder to find nowadays so I was so happy to see it on FragranceBuy.
