My first time buying from Fragrance Buy was excellent, I will definitely purchase again. My Goutal Paris perfume arrived promptly and in perfect condition. I had been wanting the Un Matin D'Orage EDP for awhile as it is such a beautiful summery perfume. The shipping information was timely and concise as well.
Overall I would say my experience deserves 5 stars!

The main thing that I dislike about your company/ service is the fact that I'm in the United States and the prices and total cost of my order kept CONSTANTLY showing up as Canadian prices (which are considerably higher)! Seeing that almost made me cancel my order TWICE.
Prices should automatically be converted to USD EVERYWHERE on your site THROUGHOUT the entire ordering process once a U.S. address is entered, and NOT just at the very end after an order is finally placed. Many customers will see those "higher prices" and completely change their minds about placing the order.
Otherwise, the products are great, delivery fast, packaged well, and arrived safely.

Don't get me wrong, I love the website but everything sells out so fast before you get to think about buying it and the restock times are an eternity and with my order I was eligable for a deal that was the first 500 orders after an email they sent get a free sample and I also bought fragbuy greencare insurance with my order that shouldve gave me another sample but all i got was 1 sample and my package was poorly handled but after all I do love the website and they are awesome in general and the best discounter for fragrances
