Product was clearly left in extreme heat for prolonged period of time (may have potentially caused premature breakdown of fragrance ingredients), glue connecting plastic inner cap piece came completely melted all over the atomizer and leaving multiple components displaced and sticky. Customer service never responded, overall extremely disappointed with my purchase. I almost never write reviews but felt the need to in this case from how awful my customer experience was. 100% using Jomashop next time
EDIT: Shortly following posting my review I was contacted by fragrancebuy to mediate the problem. I will say the customer service was kind, helpful, and straight forward. However I do find it a little frustrating that despite three emails and over a month of waiting with no response whatsoever I was contacted almost immediately after I left a sub par review. I was thankfully able to get a full refund on my defective product. Will I use fragrancebuy in the future? Maybe, I can understand that mistakes happen — however multiple mistakes chained together can be a very deterring factor when choosing a company as a customer.
I sent two emails to them and they never responded. I called them because I got tired or waiting on a response by email (which never came anyway) and they sent an email in response to the phone call that didn't even help. The product was legit though. The packaging was 4/5. I'm just upset that I emailed them twice with no response. Definitely not cool.
*edit* Fragrancebuy reached out after I posted my review and refunded the shipping due to the inconvenience of not responding to the emails I sent and packaging. I do appreciate the shipping being refunded and I appreciate the company trying to make it right so I updated my review.

I have bought a number of perfumes over the course of the past few months. Stock has been mainly in stock. If not replacement is soon back in stock. Delivery is relatively quick. The items are very well packed. Suggestion for your web site would be to have a more intensive description of each perfume. Certainly, I'll be back!
My new scents came in a nice tamper sealed box and well packed! I loved the first perfume I purchased and hadn't even smelled it yet! The next 3 perfumes I bought I was able to smell first so I knew I would love them. The only downside was paying almost 20 dollars to ship through Canada Post. You would think that shipping through Canada Post would have been cheaper. Product arrived fairly quickly and in perfect condition 👌

I heard about this website with very competitive prices from a few YouTube influencers who claimed that the website offers authentic fragrances. So, I made my first order from the website. I was still a bit skeptical when I received the PDM fragrance I ordered, especially after I noticed some differences with the PDM boxes I currently own.To cut the story short, I contacted customer service and started asking some questions. They were very professional, friendly, and answered all of my questions, explaining that PDM recently changed their box design, which was easy to double-check. In addition, they shared their knowledge and addressed all my other concerns. They proved the authenticity of their products first-hand. I am happy with my purchase, with the price, and very impressed with the customer service! I will be a returning customer for sure.
