I ordered a Fracture print before Christmas. It was mailed, but I never received it. I contacted customer service and they could not have been more responsive. They sent a replacement within a day or two. I received it today and it is beautiful! I will be ordering again.
Let me add that when I uploaded my first photo choice, I got a message that the resolution would not work well with the size selected. I chose a different photo and I am very happy with the end product.
I sent an email to fracture letting them know that while I was in the hospital with Covid and pneumonia for several months my girlfriend packed my 3 fracture photos. I unfortunately went back-and-forth to the hospital and each time she pack those three photos. While packing, one of the photos hit the floor and broke and I was very upset.
Tyler sent me an email that he would figure out which photo it was and replace it and ship it at no cost to me because it occurred while I was so sick. Unfortunately, I accidentally chose the wrong photo while emailing with him and did not realize until it arrived.
I sent Tyler another email thanking him so much for all of his work but letting him know that unfortunately I ordered the wrong photo and he went through all of mine and my girlfriends accounts until he found the correct photo and again insisted on sending it to me at no charge!
It arrived yesterday And I am so grateful for all of his efforts and the staff at fracture for all of their work in finding me my photo and bringing back my memories to me!

The personal touch I am speaking of is that when my order was not received as scheduled they jumped on it immediately and replaced my order. Everyone that received the fracture picture was amazed and some were crying from the joy it brought them. I am now a going to be a returning customer. The pictures were of top quality.

We loved working with Fracture to build what our daughter calls our "Happy Wall". It is a grouping of pictures of our kids and grandkids. It has been so hard this year not to see them. Now whenever, we go up and down the stairs we smile. The pictures turned out beautifully with crisp bright colors. I ordered a print from a cruise picture we had taken of all our group in the picture, it was printed on glass and sent to the UK. It arrived in perfect condition, there were no issues with shipping and the recipient was thrilled with the results, I would highly recommend this type of printing on glass and Fractureme the company to do it.
Prints look good and glass has nice clarity. Maybe don't have the box say what it is all over in case you're trying to surprise someone in the same household. My wife knew her present had come in before I did.

After happily receiving many beautiful prints from FractureMe, we had one that was damaged and then it's two reprints were each lost in delivery. The FractureMe team, shout out to AnnaKaye and Lizzette, were committed to getting the print to us and, as the print was intended to be a Christmas gift, they pulled off a Christmas miracle by getting it to us before Christmas Day!
We ordered a couple of photos for our friends kids from a trip we all took together. The photos are Christmas gifts. Fracture sent them out on the correct date for delivery by the 9th, when nothing arrived at our friends home, we gave it a week checking the tracking number it just said will arrive late. So we contacted Fracture told them what had happened, the next day they were rushing new prints and on the third day 2-day FedEx to our friends! Amazing customer service!

Trying to get information on delivery of an order and there is no way of getting in touch with someone in real time. No phone or chat.
Also the website is not very user friendly and has multiple glitches that make navigating to the relevant information, outside of placing an order, difficult.

Going into this blindly, and taking a chance... I am Greatly surprised by the QUALITY, promptness, and good pricing. It is imperative that as a customer, you adjust the photo via whatever medium you have to suit your taste. This from reading other comments. I adjusted my photo's to suit my taste, and they turned out "Just Fine"! Folks must remember, they (Fractureme) can only work wit what they receive, as this is not a 'Studio' that can and will fix bad (poor) photography!
I am excited to recommend this organization and will continue doing business with them. You 'Must Remember' however, to be satisfied with what you submit before submitting to have them (Fractureme) complete an order!

Great Customer service at Fracture. I was not happy with how my picture turned out, which was because of the poor composition of the picture I sent. Fracture was prompt to offer a full refund or replacement with a different picture. I chose the second option and am very happy with the results!
