I ONLY PUT THE ONE STAR TO BE ABLE TO SUBMIT THIS REVIEW. I WOULD GIVE YALL NO STAR. They took my money a almost a week before Christmas I ordered a 8x10 of my mom and my son and still to this day can't get my money back or what I ordered I have redemption code... They stole my money... no product... DONT CHANCE IT. THEY ARE HORRIBLE.
Ordered frames for a children's room after seeing an a TV ad recently. They have been very popular and my daughter really likes them. They are a bit pricey but overall I am content.
First photo I sent in for printing was extremely vibrant; wild stage-light colors with bright magenta and purple. When it came back, those colors were more like mauve. VERY dulled-down and muddy. Nothing like the digital file I sent. I figured maybe their system auto-corrected for the wild colors, so I tried again with a different image; a more normal skin-tone portrait. It came back washed out and pale-looking; again not at all like the image I sent. I love the streamlined flat look of these, but won't be trying them again.
Also disappointed when they say they print the image ON GLASS, well, not really. It's BEHIND the glass; a print with glass adhered to the front. It's not like something ON glass that light can come through.
UPDATE:
I contacted Fracture to tell them that my two orders had resulted in washed-out, pale photos both times. I was not asking for a refund, just telling them why I would not be using them again. I was very surprised to receive a reply by email from an employee named Hannah. She asked that I send her my original files along with photos of the washed-out prints I received. She vowed to make it right and redo my order for free.
Less than two weeks later I received replacement prints for both orders (three prints in all) that looked great. They looked like my original files. I asked her to send me the files SHE sent of my images for printing so I could see how she made the images more contrasty before sending them for printing. I asked her how to avoid the "washed out" problem if I ever order again. She suggested I email them before ordering to remind them that I had this problem. But, in the end, my prints look like my original files, thanks to her working on them personally, and they replaced my prints for free and did it much more quickly than the turnaround time on my original orders. I cannot complain about their customer service.
Order the medium print for $95 and had a 20% off coupon. Ready to place my order when they hit me with shipping... $75! Who the heck pays $75 for a 1lb box for ground shipping. Insane!
I ordered a print to put on glass from this company on Nov. 3 rd received it Dec 15th. It looked very faded and was printed crooked. I emailed them 3 times with no response. They guaranteed that if you were not satisfied they would fix it. Didn't happen. I am sending it back with a note that explains my dissatisfaction. I will be disputing
The charge on my credit card. Obviously I will never recommend them or order from then again.
No matter WHAT they tell you your delivery date is don't hold your breath. I order almost a month ago and it's still not here. Save you time and your money and find another product. This company only cares about getting your money. F rating here.

Seen there ad on Me TV went to there website to check them out down loaded a picture from my phone edit it to my liking and about a week later delivery from UPS and I am very pleased with them picture turned out perfect I thought it was a little pricey but it was worth it
I paid extra to have it shipped quicker -- didn't happen. When I cntacted them, they really didnt care. First and only time I will order from them.
Absolutely poor quality print... nothing like previewed on website. 4 emails to Customer service since Father's Day and no response. So much for 200% happiness guarantee.
First they are very expensive. And odd sizes. Standard size of 8 x 10 is
7.2 x 9.6 and $40. So as a professional photographer I cannot offer these.
Otherwise, they are beautiful. Come very true to color and tone.
Fractureme is awesome. I placed an order and received my order very quickly. The pictures look stunning behind glass. Together with the order, you get a nice walldog screw with each picture you ordered. All pictures are well packaged and protected with cardboard.
A new process to get your digital pics in a whole new way. Printed in reverse on the back side of glass, and sprayed with a opaque backing to protect the print then mounted on foam-board. The website is laid out nicely and pretty self explanatory. There are currently some limitations as to what they are able to process (size wise) but I read they are working on new ways to process more and even better/larger images including those from professional photographers.
