Right out of the gate, this company isn't for me. As a photographer who actually takes the time to size digital masters to standard dimensions, the last thing I want in a print processor is non-standard sizes (sizes no one without brain damage ever heard of). I shouldn't be required to re-crop images, all over again, to accommodate the processor. And I'm certainly not going to allow the processor to crop my images, potentially destroying composition. Because these people aren't photographers. They're not even professional processors; they're idiots with a TV commercial and expensive equipment who figured a trend-bucking e-commerce sham was a great alternative to getting jobs in the real world. So, you idiots grow up and get real jobs and I'll get my images processed by professionals.
I found Fracture on CNN Sirius radio and ordered six photos. Their service was great. Unfortunately one of the photos I chose did not meet up to my wife's expectations. In other words she hated the photo. I sent a different photo to Fracture with her approval and told Fracture of my experience. They completely understood and refunded me for the bad photo originally made and also did not charge me for shipping or any other charges, It is nice to see a company that is truly customer service oriented these days. Brave Fracture.
I ordered Fracture for my wife for Valentine's Day and could not be more happy with the product I received. The pictures are so clear, I am considering replacing all of my framed pics with Fracture. She told me that it was the best V-Day present she had ever received. They are a bit pricey but are well worth it to capture our memories together.
I ordered a fracture picture of my two precious yorkies kissing. When the fracture picture arrived, it was so beautiful, that it took my breath away! I will definitely be ordering other pictures to be done by fracture so that they last a long time and i don't have to worry about my pictures being ruined in a regular photo frame. So often, treasured photos get ruined in a regular frame.
We wanted very clean beautiful prints to hang in a minimalist space. Loved how they came out and we did to contact customer service who got back to us immediately! Still amazed how wonderful it all looks.
My daughter received her picture and loved it. She just sat there looking at it and cried. She said she has her babies (babies at the age of 22 yrs & 18 yrs now) back with her. All her girls pictures were lost in a flood but now she has them back in one Fracture Glass Photo. Thank you so much for the great work and very fast delivery.
I purchased an XL print to compliment the two Large prints I had ordered previously. Unfortunately, it arrived broken. Adam in customer service was prompt and very helpful, and immediately bumped my reprint up to the front of the line, as well as upgrading my shipping for free to help get my reprint to me ASAP.
Surprisingly, my reprint also arrived broken, which is uncommon, as my previous prints arrived with no trouble. Once again, Adam and FractureMe were excellent, immediately expediting a third reprint.
When the third reprint arrived broken as well, FractureMe went above and beyond. They took extra steps to ensure very careful packing, they overnighted my print across the country (on their dime - which must have cost them a fortune!), and they took extra steps to offset the inconvenience of having so many prints arrive broken.
I give FractureMe my highest recommendation. Their prints are unique, the packaging is actually very good (I blame the freight carriers for the damage), and if something does arrive broken or less-than-perfect, they have excellent customer service. They even had kind words for me when I was frustrated and curt with them. My thanks to Adam and everyone at FractureMe. They've earned a lifelong customer in me.

We had an article that was written about us with a picture of my husband and I. We had never tried Fracture before but thought we'd try it. With a lot of 'words' we were curious how it might turn out. It was perfect! Will look great hanging in our office and hopefully encourage others in our office to pursue there goals! THANK YOU!
NEVER do business with a company that does not provide a customer service telephone number. You're asking for trouble. Companies with a high volume of dissatisfied customers deliberately do not post a phone number to speak to a human person.
We ordered 2 family pictures from fractureme in Dec-19, they never arrived after the fracture kids behind their phones stalled, miss placed then, admittied losing our PRE-PAID ORDERS.
It is late January and no show from Fracture. Indeed this company is busted. Take heed of corrupt children playing the role of adults as they are not worthy.
I had a NON-traditional wedding but still a moment that I wanted preserved and this product was the answer to a NON-traditional display. I ordered via their website-easy peasy enough and waited. My photo arrived 1 FULL DAY ahead of their estimated arrival date and during the PEAK shipping season! I emailed the company immediate and received an automated initial response and a follow up-real human response afterwards to let them know it arrived, how much I loved their product and asked for clarity on pixel display and sizing when ordering. I work in the shipping industry and found that my purchase was packaged and shipped with sufficient and protective cardboard. The shipping box was reinforced, had no defects and did not suffer from usual shipping battle scars in transit. (Which everyone should expect with every package considering the actual volume that is shipped on a daily basis through UPS, FEDEX and USPS-with automation comes damages-Sorry! It happens) I am getting ready for my second purchase with them, my problem? Choosing which one I want to order next!
Took three months to deliver three tiny, cheap, glass photos. I am embarrassed for this company. Run for your life!
Once you order - you have radio silence from this company!
Their support department does not respond to emails - so if you have a damaged product I would only purchase thru paypal or some other payment method that allows you the ability to get your money back!

Your product is terrific. I emailed a picture of my departed pet and it came back on time and looks just perfect. I have it hanging on the wall where people can see it as they come in to the living room. Most people comment on it. You can see the sparkle in my dog's eyes.
They shipped the glass pictures in a cardboard box without any packaging material. Absolutely insane. If they have a phone number I could not find it on their site. Sent an email with pictures and two days later no response. No excuses for the shipping of lack of response to my email.
Ordered a photo for my husband of a permit (fish) he caught. Received and it is perfect. Beautiful job and great customer service.
I was really excited to get some pictures done as presents for Christmas until I received the box. There were 3 pictures of various sizes and it was like a child had packed the box. There is no bubble wrap or secure packaging. Both smaller pics have broken pieces as they were not secured. This company makes it impossible to get in touch with them. I will never buy from them again. I have 2 broken presents and it could have so easily been avoided if they really cared about their packaging. No phone number to contact the company, you have to dig for a way to contact them. Sketchy
