This company went above and beyond for me when my grandmother passed away. I ordered a Fracture picture of her as a surprise for my mother, and I over-edited the colors. Also, I had ordered it too big. I asked for a color-corrected and smaller replacement. Not only did Fracture team member Adam replace it, he included the price of the shipping in sending it to me because I'd ordered a smaller size! He didn't have to do that. The Fracture of my Grandmother is beautiful and won't fade away like a gift of flowers would have. Thank you Adam and company!

I had never ordered from Fracture, but had seen the commercials and thought it would be a cool family gift idea in honor of our parents. My whole experience has been awesome to say the least from the start. Everything from the online support help I received on day 1 from Jackson, to the quick turnaround in receiving my order. I will definitely place more orders in the future, as we are thoroughly pleased with the pictures, they are just beautiful!

I received a beautiful photo on Fracture as a special gift from a professional artist/friend. Unfortunately, the only way to hang it that Fracture provides is a giant screw into a wall - no alternatives for walls that you don't want to mar with a giant screw. Any other hanging method voids their warrantee. I cannot return it, to tell my friend about the difficulty since it would break his heart. So, I will have to invent my own way to hang it knowing that the customer service from Fracture said that anything other than the screw could ruin the print or cause the backing to fail. Come on, Fracture. Provide alternative mounting provisions for people who cannot or will not use a giant screw on wall.

I would not buy anything from Fracture until they fix this design fault.

Pictures tell our story. They keeps our memories alive especially in times where families face hard times where loved ones are loosing those precious memories. This product is absolutely beautiful. I bought mine for my husband whose birthday is coming up soon. I want as many memories around him to keep them alive in his mind.

My submission was a photo taken with a phone camera. It was such a beautiful photo of an aging dog that I love so much, even if he isn't mine. I wanted to have this picture to give to a friend for their birthday. I received it a couple of days ago and just loved the quality. I was concerned enlarging get it would lose definition but it did not. I am so pleased and will use them again. I included a photo but didn't want to completely unwrap it as I plan on wrapping it in the box it came.

I had seen the ads for fracture on television, and I really thought it was a fantastic idea but did not have an occasion yet to order from fracture. Comof course the opportunity arose, and a friend of mine who loves their dogs sent me a picture of them and I thought for Valentine's day what a wonderful gift it would be, so I ordered a wall hanging of the picture and I was thrilled to receive it in the mail! It was beautifully done and carefully packaged so that when it arrived it was pristine! I was also very happy with the shipping it came exactly on time when they said it would and it was worth the extra cost for shipping within a week! I look forward to ordering many many more fracture pieces and it is truly a work of art...

Just watching TV one night and up came an ad about photos on glass by Fractureme. I took the chance and placed an order with one of my trusted photos. The delivery was excellent and when I opened the package I was blown away by the outstanding product inside. The quality just amazed me so much that I definitely placed another order soon after. I just placed an additional order a couple days ago and look forward to stopping by Fractureme's operation to tell them personally how much I have been impressed by their products.

Friends and family that visit are equally impressed by the outstanding "photos on glass" concept. I have endorsed this company to them and recommend that they check it out for themselves.
