We just ordered our second print from fracture and we are very happy with the results. Through the years we have had various kinds of prints produced, enlargements, canvas etc. None of them compare to the prints from Fracture. We had a problem with our second print, the mounting hole on the back of the print was damaged. I contacted customer support and sent them a picture of the mounting hole and within days I had a reprint of my picture. I give them the highest marks for good customer service.
We are so pleased with our picture. We received it 3 days earlier than expected. The packaging was secure and our picture came ready with instructions as to how to hang it. We even got a screw to hang it with!

When I decided to research having a print on glass, it was because I wanted light to shine through the glass to illuminate the print. Not sure why else one would put a print on glass. When it arrived, it had a black foam backing glued to the back of the glass, thus preventing light from shining through. I am not 100% satisfied, and it did not meet my expectations. After their customer support said that is the only way they assemble the product, I was reminded of their 100% guarantee, and then I asked if there were any other issues. It seems the guarantee is 000% in the case of my expectations not being met.
Exactly what I was looking for to personalize my work space. Could not be happier with the way the display system and Fracture prints married up! Will be adding a picture light' soon. Thank you for your help completing my order.
As the older brother, I had my doubts when my sister recommended Fracture for some I wanted to convert to wall hangings. My doubts are gone and, I guess, my sister is a genius! I ordered six "classic sized" pictures from digital photographs I took in West Palm Beach, Paris and on the occasion of our grandson's 10-month birthday. When the wall prints returned, the results were breath-taking! The quality was excellent, the turn-around time was quick (via FedEx) and the price was fair. Fracture is our family's "go-to" when it comes to conversion of our digital pictures to items for home or presents to give to others.
I run a company that makes performance car parts. We sponsor a lot of race cars. Recently, we had Fractureme.com print about 20x different pieces in all of their different sizes (from smallest to largest). First, I will say the quality is excellent and the delivery time is very reasonable, actually faster than we expected. Second, in the one case where we had 2 that needed to line up and had an issue with final alignment, they were so darn quick to fix it. I worked with Cristina, specificall, and she was fantastic. As someone who runs a business that prides itself on customer service, I respect how Fractureme.com runs their operation. I'm at a loss as to why there are not more glowing reviews here. Honestly, I suspect a lot of the poor reviews are from people with unrealistic expectations. It's important to use a bright, high-resolution photo. All three pictures arrived intact, and met my expectations. I wish the pictures were a little bit larger for the price I paid, although the quality is excellent.
Picture looked great. Sent this as a gift and paid the extra 3 bucks for a stand. Went to our friend's house last night. Picture was displayed on their buffet with a clear plastic stand that they bought for $0.88 at a local dollar store. Still waiting for my $3.00 refund for the stand that Fractureme never sent along with the picture. It's in the small details folks. So annoying.
OUTSTANDING! We have been relying on FractureMe.com since they invented themselves. Their production is absolutely top notch. Everything we send looks better once they 'fracture' it. We use all the sizes, smallest to largest, and the results are always stunning. We also like the special screws that go into drywall with no drilling or shields... just a screwdriver. Plus, the packaging is ecological and also probably would make it to the moon and back. Just all-around first-rate, like an old-fashioned Made In U.S.A. company where everyone takes pride in their work. Shout-out to Tyler, who answers emails almost before you write them.
The quality control is lacking. Second print and this is too dark as well. Need direct sunlight to appreciate the photo. Will not try again. Had it.
The pictures were awesome. I think the clarity of the pictures were better than the pictures I sent in. Words can't do the justice we are so pleased. These pictures are for a fundraiser for our church's homecoming it will be the114th homecoming. Thanks to everyone at Fracture.com

Have ordered several over the past year. All look great, no worries. Quality has been great. Shipping fast. I have nothing but good experiences with Fracture.
Had a picture made up and ordered the stand with it. Unfortunatley, there was no stand with the delivery. So. I wrote and email and within a day I got a response along with an apology! I received my stand in 2 days! I have ordered at least 5 pictures and everyone that has received them LOVES them! I will NEVER go to a cvs for prints again! We are a fracture for life! Thanks for the excellent quality pictures! See ya soon! We are going on a cruise... you know what that means!
I have 8 pictures from fracture. The are very clear and detailed. Everyone loves them. I have more that I am going to send and have them put on glass.
After I ordered my print from Fracture I received an email from FedEx with a delivery date. I tried to track my order but FedEx website kelp saying they haven't pick up the package but would update their track once they had. This went on for several days, up until the delivery date that FedEx still had posted to the tracking number.
I contacted Fracture support to see when the package would be picked up by FedEx. They emailed me back within 24 hours and told me that the package had been picked up days ago. They also tried to track my package and couldn't find it. Fracture said they didn't want to wait for FedEx to locate the package so they quickly reprinted my photo at no charge and shipped it out right away.
This print was a birthday present for my wife, I never told Fracture this, they just stepped up and took care of the issue. The awesome thing was this wasn't their issue, FedEx had lost the print but Fracture was the one that made it right.
I HIGHLY recommend Fracture, in fact I can't recommend them enough. There are very few companies that would have done this.
I ordered a small print to see how it would look. My husband is in the hospital and I wanted to get a large one of his motorcycle ordered for him, the small one came broken, I have tried several times to reach the company and received no feedback from them, save your money if you can't get in touch with the support team
This was my first order. I found it very easy to do and it came back very quickly. It's a gift and I can't wait to give it to them.
I've been using fracture for some time now. I've only had one issue (a tiny sliver of glass chipped off a corner) and they immediately sent me a new one. I really have no idea when other reviews mention Plexiglass. Mine are actual glass. I'm about to order another one. Keep up the good work fractureme
