Ordered two of the $45 size since it was my first time ordering. They came three days late but only because the USPS is a train wreck right now, not the Fracture folks fault at all. They were right there talking to me the entire time when it didn't arrive on the day it was supposed to arrive. Upon opening I saw two amazing beautiful pieces and I couldn't be happier with what I ordered. Especially one, which was our sweet Pitbull Doc, who just passed away from cancer. I love it and will be back again. My pic doesn't do it any justice and not sure why it came out sideways, lol. Anyway, thanks guys.
I sent a picture of my recently deceased daughter, just wanting to capture her beauty as well as her personality. Fracture told me they could only do the smallest size because of some reason I can't remember. I accepted that believing the glass photo would be just as beautiful as the one I sent. I WAS SO WRONG! THE GLASS FRACTURE PICTURE THEY SENT ME WAS DARK AND I CAN BARELY SEE MY DAUGHTER, AND MY DAUGHTER IS NOT DARK SKINNED NOR WAS THE LIGHT IN THE PICTURE DARK. And there is no way to hang the photo. I had to put a piece of tape on it so it doesn't fall out of the case they sent when I hung it on the wall. I paid full price for a glass photo I can't stand looking at. As far as I am concerned FRACTURE IS A FRAUD OR MAYBE ONLY FOR CERTAIN PEOPLE. Their commercials do not show any glass fracture photos of minorities for a reason. I WANT A REFUND! ZERO STARS!
These are more than pictures, they are pieces of art. Fracture has become my favorite (Maybe my only) site for pictures. They are amazing and beautiful. Very quick also. And I love that it's a local company in Florida. Thank you for beautiful Christmas presents for my family
They did a fantastic job on my pictures. I swear they tweaked them to look better than what I uploaded. The colors are truly more vibrant on the glass. I was impressed as to how well they packaged the pictures. Buy, you won't regret it.

After uploading, editing, etc., I put in a coupon code that I received in an email from the company. Response is that it doesn't exist. I try to reach a human to discuss and make a purchase. I try chat, and I'm told no human exists to chat with me. I can send a message and I'll get a response in a day. C'mon, children, if you want to be a company then be a human company.

Received our order and 100% plus happy with them. The pictures are so crystal clear and the colors are so beautiful. We are very exited to hang this on our wall and the other 2 will be given to our children at Christmas. Fractureme did a gorgeous job on them!

This was my 1st time doing something like this and I sent a very special picture that was not cropped correctly, my bad. When I received the product I was so disappointed and sent a message. Jackson responded that he could crop it correctly for me and send a new picture. OMG... the new one arrived and is more than I expected.

I absolutely love Fracture Glass Photos! These people not only do an amazing job (wonderful craftsmanship), but they pack these items so well. Also, their customer service is cream of the crop. Such friendly, and helpful people.
The print I sent was taken from my cell phone and what I received looked like a professional print. I will definitely order again from them. Also, I received my print sooner than I had anticipated and Fracture company me of its progress.
Omg I love the way it looks! It's slightly different then the original picture because of the printing techniques they use as in the original picture is "1080 HD" and this more like "720 HD" but I love it overall! Before fracture I never knew you could do a glass printed photo. But the packaging was excellent very secure, safe. It arrived sooner then expected! My only downside is I ordered the medium size and to be a medium photo in my opinion is small for the total amount I paid. But in the end thank you fracture! It's beautiful!
I had never heard of this method of photography on glass and so I sent a picture of my deceased cat, a year now, to them and we were and within four or five days it was sitting on my front porch. I put it in a place in the hallway where we can see it multiple times during the day. Thank you so much Fracture.
