Great finished product

I just ordered 2 pictures 23 by 23 and I thought that they would not be anything great when they came and I can tell you I was totally surprised how beautiful the pictures were. The whole process was easy and quick including the time for delivery which was fast too. This is a great way instead ov using canvas which we were doing all the time before Fracture.

Very happy with the results of my order. My wife had seen the TV ads for Fracture and wanted to memorialize three of our cats who have passed. Of the three cats, we only had one digital photo, but after locating two paper photographs, I scanned them into our computer making sure the pixels numbers for the size print we wanted were correct. However, on one of the pictures, because we cropped the photo to feature a head shot, the MB size was just below the recommend size.

When the order arrived, all three photos were beautiful, including the one made from the image just below the recommended MB size. However, one photo was cracked. I followed the directions on the Fracture web site for damaged orders and I got an acknowledgement of the problem that day. A replacement photo was sent within two days (or less), via two day shipping at no cost to me. The colors and sharpness of the Fracture photos cannot compare to a paper photo. I highly recommend this service and this company. I plan to do more business with Fracture.

Horrible

I sent this company a beautiful picture of my fiance and me, on a boat, in the moddle of the ocean, on a beautiful, bright, sunny day. The print came out dull and pasty. There is no color difference between the water and the sky. Customer service offered to reprint or print another photo. I was so disappointed that I decided to try another photo. It too came out with dull coloring. I sent them 2 photos with bright colors and what I received doesn't even resemble the original photos in coloring. Run, don't walk! Find another company to print your cherished memories. I don't know why they are not able to capture the colors correctly.

I was impressed with the service I received along with the great quality of a small, not really good quality photo I sent to be done. I've hung it with pride and plan to give one to my son ( it is of him and his girlfriend). And I plan on using fracture again and again.

Beautiful family photos

. I just received my family photos and i am in awe. They are even better than the photographer's prints. I can hardly wait to mount them on the wall. Just beautiful. Oh and i did have a question for support about mounting the photos and it was answered in less than a minute.

What a wonderful company! I can't say enough about the quality. I like the idea of no frame and printed on glass is a dream come true. I do not like frames. I've always purchased the glass frames, the one where you stick your photo between the glass and some kind of press board, which ultimately would ruin your photo because the photo would stick to the glass. Now, my pictures are printed ON glass. Amazing... This is the sixth time we've ordered from fracture. My husband and I love this company. The turn around is fast. The quality of the finished product is amazingly beautiful. I've purchased gifts for family, friends, my husband and everyone loves their gifts. I'm impressed with this fantastic company. I will continue to order from them. They also have coupons all the time and free shipping if order $100.00. The pictures arrive unharmed due to the packaging. I ordered a product from fracture. It came and was so beautifully done. At some point before I had the opportunity to hang it, I noticed the corner was chipped which it being glass was problematic. I receivedd an email asking what I thought about their product and I wrote a note to let the company know how disappointed I was that a chip was found. I received a brand new picture of what I had previously ordered without even asking for a replacement. They were amazing and it was so appreciated!

FANTASTIC COMPANY!

I have ordered over 20 photos from Fracture and they are all BEAUTIFUL! I realize some of my older photos aren't going to come out as clear as if they were taken yesterday, but even so, they still turn out wonderfully. I have several animal drawings from my son (drawn when he was 11) and being able to put them onto glass and hang on a wall to share with everyone is a great joy for me. And I know it makes him proud as well. Every order I have placed has arrived quickly and in tact, and I love knowing that they are super EASY to hang... no drilling and installing wall anchors needed! I just now ordered 3 more photos and can't wait to receive them! Thanks Fracture!

Incredible

Ordered a large print of my beloved dog who had recently passed. Had very high expectations after hearing Fracture talked up on some of my favorite podcasts, also considering the higher price compared to a canvas print of the same size. The result is stunning, I know my picture of the picture doesn't do it justice, but man do the colors POP. Tracking the order through FedEx was a snap. The packaging was done incredibly meticulously: the print was perfectly stabilized in a bespoke carton and sealed with well-placed staples that were thoughtfully extra-secured with recyclable paper tape. I know it's glass, but I'm fairly sure that even if dropped, the package could have taken it. Anyway, I TOTALLY recommend Fracture and will be ordering more in the future!

Custom and duty fees

I am extremely disappointed in the fact that I had all ready spent close to 500 dollars for the pictures I wanted which was fine and that was with shipping, what was the disappointing part was when I placed the order no where once was it ever mentioned I would be paying duty fees which were 70 dollars. It was a huge Hassel for me to get these pictures seeing as my budget was 500 and no mention of custom or duty fees. I had to drive an hour each way to the FedEx depot with a 3 month old to have to pick the pictures up in person because I had to pay duty fees ( which coming up for that unannounced amount of money was a headache all in itself) and they would not accept cash dye to covid19. The pictures are beautiful, great job was done! But extremely disappointed in having to pay way over my budget when it was never specified. Not too impressed

Glad to hear you got your prints turned out great, Tracy. However, we're so sorry those fees came without warning!

From the sound of it, these seem to be duty or import fees levied by the Canadian postal services; otherwise, we certainly would have notified you! These kinds of payments are decided and imposed by local authorities, so we're not informed about them beforehand.

We're so sorry those fees were sprung on you; nobody appreciates unexpected fees. As of now, pre-clearing our customs isn't something we're able to do through our shipping services. Though there's a brief mention of it in our FAQ, a warning about VAT/customs fees does not appear for our international customers since these fees differ so widely between countries and regions.

Excellent Service

I received my glass print that I had ordered as a gift for my friend's birthday. I needed it to be cropped a little differently, but knew it probably would not return before the birthday.
Ellie Claire went above and beyond in helping me though I did not ask her to do so. I did tell her the special circumstances surrounding the gift.
Much to my delight, I received a new glass print the day before my friend's birthday, and at no charge according to Fractureme's pledge. My friend loved the print, and said it was their best birthday present! I will definitely use their services in the future. R. C. Boyette

DISAPPOINTED

It took over 2 weeks to have this delivered - way too long
Very disappointed with the outcome - they did nothing to improve the look of the picutre
It basically looks like a normal picture in a frame

Tyler and the great people of Fracture have helped me bring my 91 year old father aome happiness. They take 70+ year old pictures, yes the originals and being them back to life for my dad. A 91 year old smile is priceless. I can never thank Fracture enough. The picture I attached was 66 years old, yellow, and wrinkles. Dad is still smiling, Im humbled.
