The concept and the printing is amazing. After getting gifted a print, I had to order more. These look so nice in my home and add to the beauty of how the photo is shown off. Additionally, if you have any issues or need help, the customer service is excellent and there and willing to help out. If you receive a print that doesn't meet your expectations, they guarantee your happiness! Fracture is a great company all the way around!
It is not often that we run into such receptive and kind service as demonstrated by your people during our acquisition of the fine photo reproduced and sent to us. My Niece loved her gift, and it arrived day scheduled.The first time during "COVID" shipment from anywhere order arrived on time.
My $70 glass print that is 11" x 14" arrived and looked great until I saw the back and its mounting system. The only attachment to the wall was a key-shaped hole in the FOAM RUBBER backing and a supplied drywall anchor screw. The screw is great but the foam rubber was not strong enough to hold the glass on the wall. The foam tore and allowed the frame to crash to our tile floor. Obviously the glass is now broken and the whole investment is wasted. I looked at their website and now I see that the next size larger has a metal grommet surrounding the foam rubber hole. Too bad that is not part of every size.
Additionally, I contacted their customer service to address this issue four days ago and they have not responded yet.
If I could give them a negative star rating, I would.

I order a glass print for my son anniversary and he stated it ok. He sent me a picture and said they print the picture and place it on the glass. The picture is not printed directly on the glass as advertised. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed. I thought I was doing something special for a special young man. A waste of money. It's a pandemic and people trying to watch their pennies and I fell for false advertisement. The ad said printed directly on glass not on paper and put on top of glass.

Hey Neldra, we're so sorry for any confusion! We guarantee that every Fracture print is printed in ink directly onto a sheet of glass. That glass sheet is then affixed to a thin foamcore backing to seal in the ink and allow for wall mounting.

When making our prints, we first print with color inks that make up the image itself; the second pass is a solid white layer to make the colors pop and give depth and opacity to the color. This second, white layer of ink can often peek through the foamcore backing on the back side of the print, and a few customers have mistaken it for a paper photo under the glass. Oh my goodness! I ordered a picture for my daughter of her and my grandson. It arrived today and turned out beautifully! When I gave it to her, she cried (tears of joy). Wonderful job! I am very happy with my purchase - and so is my daughter
I ordered a wedding picture to be put on glass about 3 months ago. When I received it was off color, dark and looked nothing like the original print I sent them. I immediately emailed them on their website and received no reply. I emailed them again about 2 weeks later and received an automated reply saying someone would call me. No one called ever. This company is a fraud. If you notice there is no way to contact them on their website, no phone number. No phone number registered with the Florida dept of Corps either. They do not want to be found because they know they are frauds and are offering bad quality product. It is just a matter of time before they go out of business. I have filed a BBB complaint and will soon file a small claims court case against them. Additionally, I plan on contacting my local news channel so that they can do a report on them. It is really not about the $50 bucks we spent, it is about the fact they took advantage of us and do not care to make it right. I hope people read this review and do not make the same mistake as I. Keep your money and go somewhere else.

I leaned about Fracture when my sister had one of my sunrise photos made for me. I was stunned at the quality so I ordered five prints. The largest arrived shattered and I had a replacement in a little over a week. That is fantastic service in my opinion. The prints are classy and they make my room pop. I will definitely be getting more prints by Fracture!
The frame is absolutely magnificent. I could not be more pleased. It is a great addition to our wall and we will be back for further framing needs.
We received our picture it was very dark and was cropped way smaller than needed to be I have reached out to their online customer service and I have received no replies I have sent several messages over the last two weeks with no replies I do not recommend.

I took a once-in-a-lifetime picture of Hero Falls in Yellowstone National Park on July 3,2011. I've seen nothing like it posted on the internet. I decided that I would like to have it printed and mount the print in my Den to add to other prints of NC Lighthouses. I was absolutely amazed at the quality and just how great the picture turned out. I also like the fact that I didn't have to frame the picture. I feel it was well the cost.

I was always taken by the TV adds for Fracture so I decided to order my daughter and son-in-law a "Just Because" gift. The photo meant a lot to both of them so I wanted some way to keep it a forever memory. I send in my order to Fracture and was shocked how easy and accessible the web site was. I received the order in a very timely manner actually it was earlier than expected. It was packaged so nicely and safely. Gave it to my daughter and it took her breath away. I now have 36 Fracture glass photos of friends and family on my wall! Simply glorious. All without frames, glowing back at you when you look. I use Alien Tape instead off screws or hooks. That way the pictures can be removed and/or rearranged. The service and product are EXCELLENT. There is simply no way to improve either. Recently an order for 9 photos was lost in the mail (my fault because I used an old address); When I reported this to Fracture, their answer: no problem! And they replaced and shipped a replacement at no cost. Great people, great product, great service.

They did eventually respond and sent me out a better copy. The rep said they should have caught it b4 sending it out. So they are good at making sure the product is to ur satisfaction.
The resolution was terrible. It looks like a grade school project. You would think that with todays technology they would be able to provide a better facsimile. I would've been better off framing the original. A total waste of $65 including shipping. If my product is the norm keep your money and go the other way. In addition when I tried to contact the company thru live chat and email there was no response.
