When I ordered my picture I mistakenly thought I ordered the stand with it. I called and spoke to Adam who showed me that I clearly did not order the frame. Not only did Adam go out of his way to get the frame shipped but he adjusted the cost of the the frame for me. The picture stands proudly in our bedroom. I would suggest that the picture be mounted on a more aesthetically pleasing backing. It appeared to simply be glued to a piece of corrugated cardboard with a very low end cut out for hanging. If it were not for the mounting method used I would have given it 5 stars. I would suggest investing in a better mounting method and avoid similar negative reviews.

Have ordered from Fracture twice in the past and love the prints on glass. This time I ordered two pictures in different sizes. When the delivery arrived it looked like the box had been mangled and taped back together during shipment. The smaller print was fine, but the larger one was completely shattered. Emailed Adam in customer service and sent along a few pics of the damaged shipping box. Not only did he rush the replacement he even had it delivered overnight to make up for the inconvenience. Great customer service!

Always looking for new products and came across the Fracture site. Purchase pics for my entire family and all were very pleased with finished product. Started a second order already.
I ordered a Fracture glass print from a photo that I took of the total eclipse of the sun in 2018. The print is mostly black except for the bright diamond ring effect of the sun beginning to reappear after being blocked by the dark moon, bright red solar flares emanating from the sun, and a faint aurora of sunlight around the dark moon. I was afraid the faint aurora of sunlight around the dark moon might be difficult to get to show up on the glass print. I contacted customer support and asked them to look out for this and they went above and beyond to ensure that the print that I received back was excellent! I am very happy with the resulting picture on the glass.
I took sort of an artsy photo in the shadow of this monolithic cross but I have an I-phone 6 and was concerned that my Fracture print might be grainy or that something would get lost in the translation. Was I ever wrong! It came out beautifully portrayed and great quality thanks to the team at Fracture

I received this as a gift and was totally disappointed. This appears to be a picture glued to a piece of glass. You're better off putting it in a frame unless you don't want it to shift. You can see the film of a photo when you look at the back. It's not etched or imaged within the glass itself. Very disappointed in the representation.

When making Fracture prints, we first print with color inks that make up the image itself; the second pass is a solid white layer to make the colors pop and give depth and opacity to the color.
This second, white layer of ink can often peek through the foamcore backing on the back side of the print, and a few customers have mistaken it for a paper photo under the glass.

This is the second photo I've got from them. Was happy with the product. But only offering $10 minnamum shipping is bull$#*!. Thing weighs like half a pound. What the $#*!? If I got that kind of money by the pound ,23 tonn x $10 per 1/2lbs I'd be $#*!ing rich.
