I had 8 cassettes and 3 records shipped through them all arrived in perfect condition and faster than what the delivery date said very happy with everything
There are two inbox addresses (UK (non-EU) and DE (EU)) in the company for a customer. A customer can have the primary shipping address is in EU. The service does not match the personal shopper locality and the customer delivery address. For example, EU to EU, and non-EU to non-EU. It would be better that forward2Me will match or request the matching to reduce tax costs.
Due to incompetency of FedEx they lost my package in May 2022. Kat at Forward2Me did all the follow up until October 2022 and she kept me updated all the time in a timely manner. I had lost all hopes but Kat is amazing at her skills and was able to get a resolution that was acceptable.

I forward one package with dhl with 8 items for à value of more of 1000£ and the package has never arrived to me. All invoices were communicated. They purpose à refund of 50£, it's less of the cost for forwarding!
And each package received in the warehouse we must take option "combin and repack" so lot of time lost.

Please note, all loss claims must be notified to us via email as soon as possible so we can request any relevant information from you to investigate this further and to also ensure we are still within the stated timeframe to submit a claim to the courier if needed. All loss claims must be notified by us to DHL in writing within 30 calendar days from the date DHL accepted the shipment, failing which no action for damages may be brought against DHL. I have checked the date your shipment was dispatched from our UK warehouse up until the date that DHL confirm the shipment as delivered and we should still be within the 30 days timeframe to submit a loss claim with the courier for your shipment, if required, once we have further assessed the images of the damages to the packaging and to your goods.
Please be assured we will work closely with you to try and get this matter resolved for you as quickly as possible.
I will ask for one of my customer experience agents to reach out to you via email to request the required details relating to your shipment ready to escalate this issue to the DHL couriers as soon as possible.

This company has always taken good care of me.
This time I used the forwarding service with customs fees.
It is very difficult for me living abroad to pay the customs duty incurred in the UK.
This company took care of the duty payment for me for a very low fee.

Looking for a forward packaging service was a little daunting…till I found forward2me! I actually signed up for another service but took one look at the site then bounced. LOVE how user friendly the site is and it's just fun to login and see package status. Plus great updates and customer service!
Used the service to get a Steam Deck in the UK and ship it to Australia. The service was really good and fast shipping the product. I got it in 10 days with DHL.
I bought a single mens perfume from the UK... just one. Forward2Me emailed me that they needed to repack my order for them to ship to Canada. Now I've bought fragrances before in the UK but this perfume supplier didn't ship to Canada so I found Forward2Me online. Well, after using this service I ended up paying almost as much for shipping as I paid for my expensive perfume. What they did was repack my tiny parcel into another box which was 20 times the size which sky-rocketed my shipping charges. Just take a look at my pic that I posted here. If your reading this and work for Forward2Me. Let your manager know because I'm going to keep on posting and registering complaints on your company until they either credit me back in full or I'll 20x your loss by costing them new and repeat business. I wouldn't trust this company and other manufactures that I know have pulled out from using them as well as they've been garnering complaints for recommending Forward2Me to their clients. I can see that we had identified the products within your package as dangerous goods for shipping purposes.
Your perfume would have required a repack service to ensure the perfume was packed and prepared in the required size box to comply with Dangerous goods regulations for shipping internationally.
We are only accredited to ship dangerous goods with DHL or FedEx services for shipping and your package was repacked for the DHL Express service because the additional dangerous good surcharge fee with DHL service is less expensive than with FedEx.
Unfortunately the dangerous goods packaging requirements and additional surcharge fees are not established by ourselves but by the accredited couriers who each have to abide by the rules and regulations set out by International Air Transport Association. Therefore there is no negotiation on the set packaging requirements or dangerous goods surcharge fees for shipments containing products such perfumes and we understand that the packaging requirements we have to follow for dangerous goods shipments can cause an increase in the overall shipping prices for our customers with the courier.
We are sorry for any inconveniences.

Got a package delivered to forwardtome had to wait 35 days for package to be repackaged and then I was charged 22 pounds extra than I was originally could pay the company I bought the package from very bad back up service nobody answers phone nobody answers email just telling you they received email I got an experience I wont forget so much hassle

I wanted to take advantage of the exchange rate and price structure luxury brands have outside the United States. I was nervous to use a forwarding service because I had no experience with it before. I am so glad I chose Forward2me! It was quick, inexpensive, and easy. I could not recommend them more.
The items' boxes were damaged... the packaging on a few got very beaten up/folded, and considering I never planned to open them as collector's items it was very disappointing. It would have been easy to use some bubble wrap or something to prevent that. Instead there was only some brown paper, but it wasn't enough to stop them from moving around and hitting the box/each other. The shipping box itself also got pretty beaten up... definitely the worst packing of any forwarding service I've used. That said, I did still get my items and they did reship my items for free when the shipping option I chose for my package wasn't available. So use them for things that aren't super delicate/whose packaging you want to preserve. If they can fix their packing problem they'd be great.

I am sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied with our services and that you have received your shipment in poor condition to your address in USA.
Please note, all damage or loss claims must be notified to us via email as soon as the shipment has been received so we can request the relevant images and documents relating to the goods in the shipment, we can then proceed to determine liability for the damage and ensure we are still within the stated timeframe to be able to submit a claim to the courier if needed. All damage claims must be notified by us to FedEx in writing within 21 calendar days from the date FedEx accepted the shipment, failing which no action for damages may be brought against FedEx. I have checked the date that your shipment was dispatched from our Tax Free warehouse up until the date of delivery and we should definitely still be within the 21days to submit a damage claim with the courier for your shipment, if required, once we have further assessed the images of the damages to the packaging and to your goods.
I have asked one of my senior customer experience agents to get in contact with you via email to request the required images and documents for a damage claim ready to escalate this issue to the FedEx couriers if needed.
We would appreciate it if you could respond to the support ticket with my agent and we will ensure this issue is fully investigated and resolved for you as soon as possible.

I took a chance with using Forward2Me because I didn't want to pay a monthly membership. I'm glad I did because shipping is probably cheaper now that I can have multiple packages sent to them and have them all combined and repackaged. I'd highly recommend using their re-shipping service.

Unfortunately our personal shopper service is only available for purchases to our UK warehouse. If you require to purchase a product from an EU retailer then you would be responsible for the purchase of the goods and if your planning to ship the order within the EU through our services, it would be advised for you to use our EU warehouse as the delivery address from the retailer to avoid additional tax costs. We cannot currently offer the personal shopper service from any of our other warehouses but we are hoping the personal shopper service is something that we could look to introduce to our other warehouse locations in the future.
