We monitor reviews for authenticity
At first, they show you different shipping charges for different carriers ranging from $15 to $60. But when my product reached their warehouse, they instantly disabled all the low-price options and only enabled the $60 shipping option for my product showing some security concerns. They also charged some extra payments for my product being a Pre-paid card.
*******814 IS FEDEX TRACKING NUMBER FOR ALL THE MULTIPLE PIECE OF 5 PARCELS FROM LANCASHIRE UK TO MALAYSIA, WHICH ARRIVED IN ONLY 8 DAYS. SINCE SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS ARE WEEKEND HOLIDAYS AT FEDEX MALAYSIA, THE PARCEL REACHED ME ON NOVEMBER 14TH 2022. THE OPTION I USE IS FEDEX ECONOMY.
FEDEX HAS BEEN PRACTISING FAST DELIVERY FOR YEARS. THIS HAS BEEN EVEN MADE MORE POSSIBLE WITH THE HIGHLY EFFICIENT STAFF AT FORWARD2ME. BESIDES, HAVING MULTIPLE PACKAGES SHIPPING OPTIONS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FEATURE OF FORWARD2ME. I MUST ADMIT NOT ALL FORWARDING COMPANIES WOULD OFFER MULTI PIECE SHIPPING OPTION IN ONE GO, SUCH AS THIS.
I AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH FORWARD2ME SERVICES.

I was a little hesitant to pay for an item and have sent to third party. I was very impressed after how efficient the process was. Received package very quickly and was notified each step. Well worth the cost if getting items from UK
Very satisfied. Super fast service, fair prices, various shipping options, easy set up and all very transparent. Additional services (storage up for 30 days etc.) available too. Highly recommended.
Although there were troubles such as the item being returned because it did not reach the destination in Germany, it seems that the purchaser and the destination were able to coordinate and it arrived safely.
Great customer service! I spoke with Aimee and she was very helpful in answering questions as well as helping me to check on my shipments. She has the knowledge of the service.

This is a great place to use when you want things from Europe. They provide fast, efficient and accurate service without any hassle. Would highly recommend to anyone living abroad. I'm an expat and ordered a buggy, a crib and many other large items to Doha. It was way more cost effective and shipping was reasonable and fast! I was kept up to date with the repacking of certain items - would defo use again
Fedex might have stopped my shipment because of the parcel information shortage.
At first I terribly worried about it. But Aimee (forward2me) helped me to solve the problem contacting with Fedex.

The package was an Advent Calendar from John Lewis weighing around 5.7 Kg. When it arrived at Forward2Me they messaged me to say that there were 4 packages (1x10ml perfume, 1x12ml cologne, 1x Skin Care Product and the Advent Calendar. I knew nothing about the 3 small items and assumed they might be freebies from John Lewis, so I paid the extra £2 for a 'combine and repack'. When the package arrived it consisted of just the Calendar in the original John Lewis packaging. Also I was charged Total Chargeable Weight of 10.5Kg!

I can see that we had identified the products within the beauty advent calendar as dangerous goods for shipping purposes. All beauty advent calendars that are received to us, we have to identify and input any restricted products that are within the advent calendars individually-we cant simply state beauty advent calendars as one single commodity. This will be the reason why you would have presumed there was additional items or freebies in your package.
Due to your beauty advent calendar containing restricted products, the advent calendar required a repack service prior to shipping to ensure it was packed and prepared in the required size box to comply with Dangerous goods regulations for shipping internationally. We are only accredited to ship dangerous goods with DHL or FedEx services for shipping and your package was repacked for the DHL Express service because the additional dangerous good surcharge fee with DHL service is less expensive than with FedEx.
Unfortunately the dangerous goods packaging requirements and additional surcharge fees are not established by ourselves but by the accredited couriers who each have to abide by the rules and regulations set out by International Air Transport Association. Therefore there is no negotiation on the set packaging requirements or dangerous goods surcharge fees for shipments containing beauty advent calendars that consist of products such as perfumes and we understand that the packaging requirements that we have to follow for dangerous goods shipments can cause an unavoidable increase in the overall chargeable weight and shipping prices for our customers with the courier.

Forward2me is an outstanding package forwarding service. I have used them several times. They communicate well, are professional and efficient and simply get the job done. Highly recommended.
Easy to work. Very Straight forward! And helpful when I had a few question.
Very good service from everyone. They are all always very polite and when ever there is a special need they help to find a solution.
The service was fine but there wasn't much transparency on the pricing options. I've had problems sending a large parcel because when reaching out for support they didn't bother telling me that 2 centimeters over what I asked would result in an additional fee, and secondly I've had to explicitly ask to show me all options for shipment, since I was initially only shown one option out of the many I should've had access to.
The repacking service was well done though, and there was care put in to not damage the delicate contents

Your soft toy package, when originally received to us, was over the customer account restricted limit of 120 cm which is the reason why you were being shown the palletised advisory message when you attempted to source a shipping price for the package from your account. Any package that is over 120 cm in dimension or 31.5 kg in weight is restricted for customers to ship from their accounts themselves, the package is classed as over sized or over weight and can be subject to additional handling charges with the couriers. The additional surcharges for both overweight (+31.5 kg) and oversized (+120 cm) should already be included in the final courier prices shown from the pricing page on our website. We apologize if this advisory was not highlighted to you by the agent from your original support ticket.
I can see that we were able to reduce the current dimensions of the package to below 120 cm by submitting a repack request, however, please be aware that even though we were able to reduce the dimensions of the package below 120 cm, although this ensures you would not incur additional handling surcharge fees for the package, the chargeable weight for the shipping price of the package would still be based on either the volumetric weight/ size of the package or the actual weight of the goods-whichever is still the greater weight. I can see that we managed to safely reduce the overall dimensions of the soft toy package by 13.55 kg to avoid you paying any additional oversize or overweight surcharges with the courier within the final shipping price. Your optimised package was only showing shipping options for DHL, when the reduction service was completed, because our repack team had marked DHL as the required courier service for the reduction request in error. We apologize for any delay or inconveninece this may have caused you and this will explain why you were not shown alternative courier service for your optimised package when you clicked 'Ship Now'. We were able to remove this courier option setting from your optimised package easily upon request so you were then able to proceed with selecting the required courier service of your choice and make payment for shipping.

Contents images can help you verify any damages or identify the contents of your packages and contents images would also assist you with deciding whether a repack service would be required for your goods prior to shipping.
