We have been using foward2me since 2015 and their service has never disappointed us. We provide to continue our service with them, as we have been doing until now.
I like the idea of maintaining our inbox as well as choosing our preferred courier choice.

Used to be great, fast and efficient. Lately it's been terrible. Last 2 packages took over a week to process, then were sent via UPS and the paperwork was wrong, so upon receipt I was taxed fully as the price of the expensive postage was added to the total value of the item, and had to pay tax on that too. Very unhappy.
I really do like forward2me as a company and I still ship from the UK via Preston - but the terrible experience I had with its German branch was so bad that I still do not trust it and the poor rating here is based on that

I have used this site 3 times now (UK and Germany) to get shirts they don't sell in America. It works! 👍🏼
I was really hesitant about using this service. I live in the US and was looking for an item that was no longer in stock here. I could order it from the UK based store but they wouldn't deliver it internationally. Determined to figure it out, I did a google search to see how I could get the item delivered somewhere in the UK and then sent to me here. That's how I found forward2me. I looked at a bunch of sites and finally decided to go with this one.
Once my item arrived, I received a message (with photo) from the carrier to show that it was delivered to Forward2Me. It sat in the warehouse for days without any update to my account. I finally reached out to see what was going on. Aimee was WONDERFUL! She let me know that she would put a search out for it and stayed in constant communication with me until it was located and my account updated. I really appreciate her GREAT customer service.
Shipping cost more and took longer than I expected but overall, the process worked and I received my item today. It was well packaged and wrapped in tape to ensure it made it to me safely. If you are on the fence about whether or not to use a package forwarding service, I can assure you that this one works. Pack your patience and pay for the extra insurance... then, enjoy your item!

I recently had shipment sent form Japan and was held up in customs cause of taxes, handling and a whole lot of local fees. Your site should provide a way for partner couriers to provide estimates for costs outside of your shipment fees, because being informed only after shipment is initiated hostages consumers from deciding whether or not they should proceed with the transaction. Washing your hands off this is a blatant disregard to consumer protection rights. Feedback has been sent yo your customer service as well. Take action!

We are sorry that you feel dissatisfied, however, as per our terms of trade, section 8, from our website, all shipments that are dispatched through our services are sent under the delivery terms of 'Delivered Duty Unpaid' or 'Delivered At Place' with all of the tracked couriers from all of our available warehouses. We don't have the accreditation to carry out the customs clearance and calculate the duties for the goods in advance. Any duties and taxes owing for shipments upon import into the destination country would be the responsibility of the receiver to pay. If you are disputing the total duties and taxes that have been charged for your shipment, it is the responsibility of the receiver to contact the courier from the destination country to review the charges further. We are not responsible for the duty and tax rates that are applied for shipments and all duty and taxes rates do vary from country to country.

First selection of GLS for delivery was a mistake. They took my package, stuck it in a warehouse in Poland and did not deliver to me, with no explanation. After complaints from Forward2me, they returned it, and this time I chose DHL, who delivered efficiently with no issues.
