I encountered an issue when I tried to purchase food, but they were very helpful, and I got my goodies for Christmas!
This is a service that is fast, easy, and efficient. It was simple to set up and make a transaction. I look forward to utilizing this service again in the near future.
The service is quick and well organised. The layout of the page (insertion of values etc.) are a bit tricky for those not used to it. So beginners and new clients may struggle with it. But there is a quick and responsive help service, which provides comfort. Shipping and packing are always very good.
I am satisfied with forward2me, wouldn't change it and will encourage others to use it as well.

The positive things first: the whisky bottle arrived savely and the support answered quickly. But your online software program is not optimizied for shipping alcohol from UK to Germany. I was not able to choose the shipping details: "Please contact our support." After some explanations I got the answer, that the bottle must be repacked. I got an another email to proceed online. The system said again: "Please contact our support." I contacted the support again, First I got the answer, it will work now. The system said again: "Please contact our support." One day later after some very detailed informations, how I had to go through your website, I found the next step. Paypal paying worked ok. A few days later DHL informed about the customs and taxes I had additonally to pay again. In the end I paid for this bottle in total ca, 180 Euro (shop price 80 pounds, forward2me 39 pounds, DHL customs 47 Euro)!
I know this before, but there surely some customers not aware of this. You should inform your customer in advance!
I foynd it difficult to gauge how much I would need to pay for delivery until it was too late, i.e only after the packages were received. In the end, the amount I paid I believe came up to more than 1/3rd of the total price of the goods. That is far too expensive in my opinion but there was no way to back out by then. Thanks for providing the service though. Perhaps others may find it still worth it though, but its just not for me.

I have used a number of package forwarding services and this is by far the best. I have used more than one of their locations and they are all as good was each other. Very thorough, clear in their communication and always quick and helpful dealing with questions. All my packages have arrived very quickly and is excellent conditions. The whole process of shipping with Forward2Me was fast and efficient. Pretty much not long after my parcel arrived I was able to ship it already. There were also many choices for courier services and I am able to ship to wherever I wanted. The whole process to ship out my parcel was simple and quick too.
Order was dispatched and transported quickly, but at considerable cost. The package arrived in my country on a Saturday and was scheduled to be delivered to me the next day (Sunday is a work day where I live). The package was not delivered on Sunday, or Monday (despite promises), or Tuesday (despite more promises) or even Wednesday (despite even more promises). Along the way, the delivery service blamed me for the delay. (Still trying to figure that one out). Finally, it was delivered on Thursday. The item arrived i good condition, but for some reason, the receipt from the retailer was not included in the package. Too bad that Forward2Me suffers damage to their brand caused by the delivery service they sub-contracted with. Maybe Forward2Me will pass it on to DHL.

Great way to order in the non-EU when the shops themselves don't offer shipping.
Of course, the service is not free, but it is still considerably cheaper than flying there yourself just to buy a product.
From ordering to delivery to my home address only took about 10 days, absolutely top.

I gave ebay seller my Foeward2Me address. They sent it to some drop-off location not my address. I was sent a notice the package had been delivered. I assumed it was to the address given. I contacted Forward2Me asking what had happened to my package? They (Chris) looked into it and found it was at this drop-off location. He arranged to have it picked up. Now it's where it should have been delivered to in the first place. Once I found out, through Chris, that the "delivered notice" I received was not to Forward to me I contacted the seller. He claims the courier he used was the cause of the problem. Thanks Chris for solving this problem.

We are sorry that you feel dissatisfied, however, as per our terms of trade, section 8, from our website, all shipments that are dispatched through our services are sent under the delivery terms of 'Delivered Duty Paid' or 'Delivered At Place' with all of the tracked couriers from all of our available warehouses. We don't have the accreditation to carry out the customs clearance and calculate the duties for the goods in advance. Any duties and taxes owing for shipments upon import into the destination country would be the responsibility of the receiver to pay. If you are disputing the total duties and taxes that have been charged for your shipment, it is the responsibility of the receiver to contact the courier from the destination country to review the charges further. We are not responsible for any duty and tax rates that are applied for shipments in the destination country and all duty and taxes rates do vary from country to country.
All alcohol repacking and shipping from any of our warehouse locations has to be handled by our Customer Experience team so we can firstly determine if we can offer a shipping service for the alcohol to the required destination country, please note we can only offer DHL for alcohol shipments, and we also need to ensure the correct repack and shipping instructions are provided to the warehouse team when they are preparing the alcohol for transit with the couriers.
