It was a good experience except the shipping from Fedex which I believe it is not the issue of forward2me as it took forever to get the package. However, I wish forward2me support the full experience from A-Z

I was very impressed. Item arrived as described in a really quick time frame. Lots of communication as well regarding items movement etc.
I tried many forward companies, untill i found them, they are excellent in treatment,handling your package and give you a good choices to ship your shipment but i have a long issue with them when my package is coffee beans! They Always consider it as food stuff, so i must email them to remove the tag to be able to send it me every time! Thats why i gave them 4 stars otherwise they deserve 5.

The storage reported the received package soon and made sure the item is safe to ship internationally or not.
I am fully satisfied with my experience with Forward2Me. Through my entire experience I only had one issue which was resolved showing a pro-customer apporach. I can recommend this service with clean conscience.

As soon as Forward2me shipped packages to me, the company used for delivery started sending me non stop texts. They would not deliver to my shipping address, customs had to be paid online or else packahe would not be delivered. I had to contact their customer service twice, and at the end, they disregarded my instructions to leave package out of site at back door. I won't use Forward2me again if DHL expressed is used for delivery.

It's great to see you were able to take advantage of our 50% Send it Monday discount.
You selected DHL Express as a shipping option - the package shipped on Monday and was with you on Thursday. Given the time of year we think DHL did a great job.
The DHL service is a DDU service, which means that everyone has to pay taxes and duties at the point the package hits their border - the specifics depend upon the country.
DHL send notifications to customers to allow them to pay the duties online. The vast majority of our customers prefer the convenience of this as the alternative is to drive to your house, risk that you are out and leave a note asking for a payment.
All DHLs notifications are configurable. Please feel free to forward them all and we will help you with instructions on how to switch them off or unsubscribe.

An eBay item which is not to shipped to abroad by seller. As soon as arrived to foward2me address, the process began to work. DHL service can deliver the item within a week.
I ordered clothing items that arrived to F2M damaged. They assisted with the return with no charge. When I reordered the items they arrived very fast in perfect condition. Thank you!

Not sure if the box was re-packed by Foraward2Me or not but it was far too big which resulted in me over paying for freight based on volume. It may have been the initial packaging from the Seller.

Having assessed the details, we can see that your goods were shipped in the package used by the original sender (retailer).
It is common practice for retailers to use packages that are too large for the contents inside which is why we do offer a repack service, the aim of the service is to reduce the size of the package and in turn reduce the cost of shipping. This is a service that you can request from your package inbox.
If you can send us some photos of the package and how this was packaged inside we might be able to advise if repacking would have been cost effective.
Hab mehr als 150€ für ein Paket aus Japan bezahlt, die normalen Versandkosten belaufen sich auf ca. 30-40€ Expressversand. Also weit über 110€ für den service bezahlt. Dazu muss man berücksichtigt, das auf den Betrag ja auch noch Zoll und einfuhrgebûhren fällig werden.
Der Versand hat aber reibungslos und schnell funktioniert.

I have been looking at your recent shipments through our service and I can see that you had not chosen to combine and repack your Pokémon goods prior to shipping. It is possible you have paid a higher price for shipping is because the chargeable weight for the single package that you have shipped would have been been based on the volumetric weight/size of the package rather than the actual weight of the goods inside. If a repack had been requested there would have been sufficient excess space to save by reducing the current size of the package which would have helped lower the final courier shipping prices available to you and you would have only been required to pay a single £2.00 repack fee on top of the shipping price if you were only shipping one package.
As per our terms of trade, section 8, from our website, all shipments that are dispatched through our services are sent under the delivery terms of 'Delivered Duty Paid' or 'Delivered At Place' with all of the tracked couriers from all of our available warehouses. Any duties and taxes owing for shipments upon import into the destination country would be the responsibility of the receiver to pay. If you are disputing the total duties and taxes that have been charged for your shipment, it is the responsibility of the receiver to contact the courier from the destination country to review the charges further. We are not responsible for any duty and tax rates that are applied for shipments in the destination country and all duty and taxes rates do vary from country to country.
Unfortunately we don't currently have the accreditation required to be able to carry out the customs clearance and calculate the duties for the goods through our services-only through the carriers.
The customs clearance process is a feature that we are currently looking into and it is our aim to eventually incorporate customs clearance within our service in the coming months.

I've been trying to ship a small garden statue that I have only been able to locate in the UK for months. Unfortunately, I was told by every shop that they are unable to ship to the US. Forward2Me provided the only opportunity to get my statue shipped to me. I provided the address given to me by Forward2Me to the garden shop and had my statue shipped directly there, and the very next day Forward2Me shipped my statue directly to me in the US. They repackaged it so it would make the trip and it arrived safely, before the expected date. So thankful to the staff for the awesome service they provide!

I had a customs clearance issue needed a updated doc, forward2me Aimee contacted me immediately when they received the request from FedEx, and she helped me sent out the doc to FedEx even in the WEEKEND. In response to your concerns relating to the transit times for your shipment, I understand that you paid for FedEx Connect which states a delivery time of up to 8 business days to Saudi Arabia.
Please be aware that all transit times provided by the couriers on our website are all subject to any unavoidable connection or transit delays and local customs clearance. All transit times provided on our website for the courier services offered should only be seen as estimates.
I have looked at the date that your shipment was dispatched from our UK warehouse, which was Monday 28th November and the shipment arrived to your address in Saudi Arabia within 7 business days.
All tracked courier services that we offer will add additional business days to the original estimated transit time to ensure there is sufficient time to transport the shipment to the local sorting facility, get the shipment cleared for export and finally dispatched to the destination country.
Overall, we feel that you have had a very successful shipping and delivery experience through the FedEx Connect service.
I hope this helps you further and please do let me know if you have anymore questions or concerns in the meantime.
