I love the "combine and repack" service! The team did an excellent job reviewing the package, and suggesting that shipping fee could be lowered by repacking the package, avoiding unnecessary volumetric weight. I didn't have such flexibility with previous forwarding agent.
It took a little while to figure everything out, but now that I have the hang of it I will be using Forward2Me again!

I agreed to a delivery charge of around €82 and when I picked up the delivery I got an extra invoice for delivery of €419. I never consented with these costs.

We are sorry that you feel dissatisfied, the fee you refer to is a duty and tax charge and as per our terms of trade, section 8, from our website, all shipments that are dispatched through our services are sent under the delivery terms of 'Delivered Duty Paid' or 'Delivered At Place' with all of the tracked couriers from all of our available warehouses. Any duties and taxes owing for shipments upon import into the destination country would be the responsibility of the receiver to pay. If you are disputing the total duties and taxes that have been charged for your shipment, it is the responsibility of the receiver to contact the courier from the destination country to review the charges further. We are not responsible for any duty and tax rates that are applied for shipments in the destination country and all duty and taxes rates do vary from country to country.
Unfortunately we don't currently have the accreditation required to be able to carry out the customs clearance and calculate the duties for the goods through our services-only through the carriers. The customs clearance process is a feature that we are currently looking into and it is our aim to eventually incorporate customs clearance within our service in the coming months.

Everything went very smoothly, and the item arrived earlier than expected. Would use again should the situation warrant.
Customerservice is obtuse, never really responding to the problem at hand, leave you struggling with customs.
Recently I had a package that needed to be redirected to another address that was not registered to my account. I called the supoort and explained why I needed to do it. I found it was easy to communicate with the support team, who offered friendly help and timely follow-up. It was great support. The package also arrived safely. I would like to particularly thank Nica, who was the assigned agent, and Aimee, Chris, and all others who had got invoved in helping me out. A five-star and big thank you to all of them!

I have purchased a number of items through the UK and Germany from sellers who are unable (for whatever the reason) or refrain from shipping items to the US and Forward2me has fill that gap. They shipments I have received through this service has been expertly package for safety travel across the pond to me here the US. Granted, the prices for shipping items have varied a little here and there, but the overall cost to get the items here has been fair. I would highly recommend this company and their services to anyone worldwide.
Overall was very good. The only issue was the waiting time for repacking Al thought I didn't even ask for it but was forced to.

There are 2 reasons why we mark packages received as 'Repacking Required'.
1.We have identified the current packaging for the goods as poor and insufficient and feel the contents would be at risk of being damaged and to make sure the contents is more safely packed for international shipping
2. We feel there would be a sufficient amount of excess space to save you by repacking.
The repack advisory on a package is not mandatory, you do not have to proceed with the repack for your packages and you can accept the risk of shipping packages as received.
If you wish to dismiss a repacking advisory for a package, please contact our Customer Experience team for assistance.
