Iv experienced such a wonderful customer service, whenever i find myself stuck i just use the watsapp help customer service and they are always prompt to respond. Especially Girlie who has helped me out through watsapp msg a couple of times.

Pricey service, but it worked quickly and on time.
After receiving my shipment (E-Vapers and Coils) the shipment was put on HOLD, seemingly because it contained "dangerous goods" and "Unsure if can ship electronic cigarettes and parts".
Why would I order something which I knew was not possible to be shipped to the destination?
Anyway, I was alerted to this "problem" via email with "Alcohol Shipment" in the subject. This might have been a small oversight but it puzzled be nonetheless. I expect a company which doesn't anything other than shipping to be informed about restrictions (which were none in my case). Finally after 4 days being held and emails back and forth, everything seemed sorted and I was informed that a repacking was needed to which I immediately agreed. After the repacking status was updated, I could finally trigger the shipment, or so I thought. The flag "dangerous goods" which was still (falsely) set for my package prohibited the shipment to be triggered. After another day of emails back and forth (still showing "Alcohol Shipment" in the subject BTW) I could pay for the package which was then released.
In the end the package arrived safe and sound at it's destination which is nice, but there's definitely room for improvement in the way it's being handled.
Had a great experience with Forward2Me! Honey did an outstanding job answering all my questions! I highly recommend Forward2Me, and will definitely be using them again!

There were some shipping delays but Regilyn from the UK branch answered my queries patiently and promptly, including checking with the Warehouse multiple times for the shipments — I really appreciate the help!
