I've been using this company for almost a year and they handle everything very efficiently! My package arrived in the US with the incorrect Prior Notice and Kat in the UK reached out to me, I responded, and my package arrived the following day. She even sent a follow up email showing my tracking.

I bought some sneakers from SVD I think they are in Spain so forward2me put my package on hold for over two weeks. They said it's waiting period in case any tax/duties are imposed. After 2 weeks I called and the agent Jane she was so nice released my package.

I recently created an account after trying similar services in the past and having mixed experiences. First of all, the website is the best I've tried yet, very intuitive, with a clean design and all the information you might need. In addition to providing you with five different addresses (for Germany, Japan, the UK, UK Tax Free and the US) they offer a great number of useful services, e.g. the possibility to upload invoices right after a purchase so that when your order arrives to their warehouse you don't have to fill out the details. I have yet to receive my packages, but I already had to contact the Customer Experience team (for no fault of theirs, the mistake was mine) and I was assisted by Girlie, who was polite, helpful, gave me a super thorough answer and solved my problem in no time. Very happy with my experience so far, I hope I can add another good review when my packages arrive!

I have found that their services are good but expensive and I am considering using a different freight forwarder for that reason. Also, lately I have found that they increasingly find cause to repack shipments from reputable companies and ofc charge extra for that favour, which leaves me perplexed.
Answer: Definitely legit. I used it several times from the USA and lately once from the UK
