For reasons still unknown to me DPD did not delivery my parcel but send it back to F2M warehouse. Support did initially respond saying they look into it, but never came back to me. My parcel is still at F2M warehouse, although I indicated multiple times that I urgently need the parcel as it contains birthday presents for my childs. All in all a horrible experience and I hope F2M at least manages to ship my items asap.

I'm based in Mexico and needed to receive a vinyl record that was only available for delivery within the UK. The item arrived at their warehouse, where it was carefully received, inspected, and repacked at my request for extra protection before being shipped internationally.

I wanted to order something from Amazon.co.uk which did not have the option to be directly delivered to Germany. After having the package delivered to my forward2me inbox they quickly reviewed it and stored it a few days.
When sending it to Germany I got the notification my package would have to go through a repacking process in order to be sent due to its abnormal shape (a rectangular booklet type package). The packaged finally arrived but was in the same packaging that it originally was delivered, except it had some additional paper filling in order to protect my items. In the end I didn't mind and the extra charge was very small but I didn't quite understand it. Everything arrived in a great condition. Overall very satisfied, will definitely use again in the future.

Extremely easy to get my UK shipment. They notify me when the package arrives from my shipper, and give me three options to ship to me in the USA. I pick the one I want and the next thing I know, it's at my door.

Very easy to use, the entire process went very smoothly. My combined package was very professionally and securely packed. I ordered very fragile items and the all arrived in perfect condition to the other side of the world. The shipping prices are a bit harsh, but that's how it is everywhere these days.

Simply put. I had three orders cancelled as a result. Losing shipping costs along the way. The service generally works unless when it doesn't.
