I ordered multiple items from eBay and everything went well till I tried creating a package with my items. It wasn't easy to figure out which option would be suitable, because it was not straightforward. I also had an issue with one of my items. Forward2me had to remove a used memory card from one of the items, while it was not prohibited and not mentioned in the FAQ as well. It caused a week-long delay. I also lost the memory card during the process. The support team was helpful, so my only concern is the content of the site.
It is also hard to find the right address for the right regions.

I received two orders combined in one parcel via Forward2me high quality service. This was my first order with this great service and I could not be more satisfied. The Forward2me support team that assisted me - Kat & Honey - were fantastic and essential since the first request of information, providing me all the steps in a clear and objective way to try a service that was completely new to me. I tried to submit my purchase invoice in a jpeg format as required but it kept telling me I had an incorrect format. Nothing I could do but wait till the item came in and was reviewed for shipping.
After all that I got the message that the parcel requires repacking and as usual had to pay a premium to have the item shipped to me regardless of the "repack for savings". I have now found that the service is becoming way to expensive to use anymore and will most probably close my account.
