Julie from Support was great at handling all my enquiries regarding an order gone wrong (missing item - had to return the whole package). She was personal and professional at the same time. The 5 stars are for her. The whole service though could be clearer before you engage yourself. For example, had I known that what I wanted to buy can only be shipped under certain conditions at my own risk and after having paid shipping costs at more than GBP50, I really wouldn't have gone to all the trouble. The estimate for the shipping cost was wayyyy off base. I hope to be able to use the service in the future under different circumstances.

I have had endless issues with my packages. Some were supposed to have been repackaged, yet were not. Every time I received a package, even if it was well-packed, I was notified that it had to be repacked. Some of the items in my packages were received as damaged, even though they were repacked for safety. I have had issues with consolidating my packages, and even if it was overweight, I could not send them out individually. The result was that I had to pay more and use a different carrier. A lot of time was wasted on expediting my orders, customer service kept on putting me in a loop and further wasting my valuable time. I will not be using this service again!

Their customer support was top notch. Jane was quick to anwer any questions i had and their processes are transparent.
My parcel had items that cant be shipped. So i cntacted customer service about this and Jane had an answer to all my questions and options to deal with the items.
On the other hand, while i was still using MY US and i had items that cant be shipped, all their customer service did was repeat that same few lines "We will review and get back to you" "Our team advised this this this" but not provide any actual helpful solution
By no means am i writing this as a bad review for MY US, thatll be done soon, but just a comparison on my experiences and how forward2me is doing a superb job.
Not to mention their website's user interface is very easy to navigate and information is laid out nicely.
For example, when i received packages, the tracking numbers were all clearly visible on their webste. This made is very convenient for me to track what items have arrived. But when using MY US, very often they did not input the correct tracking number. Alot of times, it was random numbers and letters, if not there was no tracking number or sender details at all. Just "Your parcel has arrived." What parcel? From Where? This made it a real pain to track parcels to be shippedunder MY US, But forward2me has made this process such a breeze
Another thing that i appreciate was the speed of service. Almost always, when the tracking details from the courier shows that my parcel is delivered, i will receive a notification from forward2me that a parcel has arrived. But when using MY US, it usually takes 2-3 days for the parcel to be updated in their system after the courier has notified that the parcel has been delivered. Again this really helps with tracking which of my parcels are where
Lastly, they have a great selection of couriers to choose from when shipping parcels sending items out from their warehouse. Their prices are affordable as well.
All these to say i think forward2me is a superb courier and honestly God sent. They definitely deserve all the good reviews that they have and PLEASE never use MY US

I recently used F2M to buy a mobile phone from amazon.co.uk using the tax free service in Guernsey. No choice of shipping was offered slow/fast etc and the cost of shipping outweighed the VAT saved. The phone was without a separate cover with arrived separately. I was told there was no benefit in consolidating. This made little sense to me.

With UK tax free warehaouse we only offer DHL and FedEx.
As you are shipping to Australia, GST is included in your total shipping cost paid with Forward2me.
The Australian Government introduced the charge of GST(Goods and Service Tax) on 1st July 2018.
We therefore need to charge 10% GST on all goods with a value of $1000 Australian dollars or less being shipped via our services and 10% on the shipping service provided. Shipments over the value of $1000 will be charged on import.
I hope this helps explain the reason for this charge however if you have any further questions please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Jane helped in settling an issue I had with my shipment and they contacted my courier to sort things out so they can release my shipment. I'm grateful for that
