I purchased NIKE shoes this time, and this is first time using Forward2Me service.
When I received it, I found a scratch of cutter on the box of NIKE. I know what happen, when open the box to check inside of my box, they cut NIKE shoes box not only cardboard box.
Unbelievable, insensitive.

I'm really pleased to have this option for having items shipped to me. I'd read a lot of reviews, both kinds, and decided to give it a test, which worked out really well. Once I figured out what to do, it's been a surprisingly straightforward experience each time, and I received everything quickly, too, and well packaged. I've only ever had things shipped from the UK to the US, but very happy so far!

I had an incredible experience with Forward2Me, thanks to Regilyn, who went above and beyond to help us with a very tricky situation. We had mistakenly sent a package to an outdated MyUS address, and after being told by MyUS that nothing could be done, we almost gave up. After days of searching, we found Forward2Me and connected with Regilyn, who not only found our package but also helped us set up an account and arranged the shipment back to us.
Her dedication, resourcefulness, and quick action are genuinely impressive. I've never encountered customer service like this, where a representative took such swift and effective steps to resolve an issue. Packaging takes more time when multiple items are loaded together. Shipping costs are expensive.
When multiple packages are loaded together, the accessories of each package get mixed up and cannot be sorted.

Account of the issues. No one has called me back.
I cannot believe it cost me 81 pounds to receive this tiny parcel that took four tearful weeks trying to arrange its postage to me.
A total rip-off, poor service, too long a wait……. Incorrect information, too many people referred me to FAQ and this never answered my query. I was told it needed re packing and then told it didn't but I had to pay for it anyway. Etc etc.
I deserve to get my money back.

No one answered my queries. It took me three agonising weeks till I sorted the site use.
The site is too difficult to negotiate. Too many staff tried to help me and most sent me"Go to FAQ."
I will never use this again and certainly not if I was made aware that it would cost another $200 to send a small light weight parcel.!
I tried for days on end to get help. Often in tears thinking I would NEVER get my parcel. I felt totally held to ransom.

Hi, I am using Forward2Me since before UK was in EU. They have professional services, not a single package was lost or misplaced or damaged, customer service is prompt, they have warehouses in important EU cities and also UK of course, Japan etc. Highly recommended!
