Awful, simply awful

They lost my package. We are more than one month later. The lady who was looking after this disappeared another one took over who doesn't even understand what I am after!

Everything worked out super quickly

I like to use Forward2me when I want to have packages delivered from Great Britain to Austria.
The entire ordering process on the Forward2me homepage is simple and time-saving.
The price calculations of the various suppliers are also easy to access and, above all, acceptable.
All in all, I am always satisfied, because the communication, understanding, etc. also works well.
I can only recommend it.

I've used them a couple of times to get exclusive media and they've been very helpful every time. It costs a bit extra of course, because you're re-mailing things, but it's the only way to get some of these items and forward2me has treated me well every time I've shipped something to them.

Absolutely clueless

Staff is absolutely clueless and unhelpful. They refuse to change their minds when presented with clear evidence they were wrong. My order was delayed unnecessarily because they marked some of my packages as having batteries when they didn't, and they kept quoting text from an unrelated product that did have batteries. Should learn how to do basic internet search.

Upon review, we noted that the shipment was flagged as dangerous goods due to the inclusion of three rechargeable battery-powered electronic devices.

Please be advised that we allow customers to ship up to two lithium battery-powered items in one package, as this does not fall under restricted shipping.

If there are more than two batteries in a shipment, it may indeed need to be repacked. This is typically due to safety regulations concerning the transport of batteries, especially lithium-ion batteries, which can pose risks like short-circuiting or overheating. Repacking ensures that the batteries are properly cushioned and isolated to prevent potential hazards during transit.

Forward2Me is Fantastic and Easy To Use

Forward2Me makes it so incredibly easy to order items from different countries and have them shipped directly to you. The user interface and website are incredibly user friendly so anybody can do it! Their customer service is also very helpful and responsive. I had an issue with one of my packages but representative Nica from the Japan warehouse responded to my messages in a very timely manner, providing friendly, courteous and wonderful service. She went above and beyond to help me with my situation and I can't thank her enough. Overall, I highly recommend forward2me to anyone!

Check your processes

In short: Customer service not replying for four days. At the same time, due dates are set for just seven days. Furthermore, costs related to other parties faults/responsibilities, that is couriers or senders, are shifted to me, the recipient. That feels like extortion really. Either I pay for the errors and faults of others (couriers, senders), or my package is refused.
Due to all this I denied paying these extra costs. Eventually, eBay purchases of vintage items no longer made these days got lost and disposed by Royal Mail. That is a complete flop and should be of interest to a business calling itself forwarding service. Your processes need improvement.

Forwar2me is asking me to pay fees using online services which do not work for residents abroad. I reported multiple times. In vain, nothing happens. Thank you for nothing.

I would not have given any star. I am forced to select at least one.

It might sound unfair what I am complaining about. This is just the way I feel treated, unfair.

Forward2Me attempted to help this customer through the SmartCustomer Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Our team has already provided you with instructions on how to pay the duty fees online. We also want to advise that for any incoming parcels, whether postage unpaid or duties unpaid, it is important for customers to be aware that these fees are their responsibility and must be settled before the parcels arrive at our warehouse. This helps avoid any delays in receiving goods at our facilities.

We have also reached out to you via email to address and resolve this issue with the duties.
