Ordered several books and have them repackaged and shipped. I would have preferred a little protection around the book like a cling wrap or one sheet of bubble wrap to make sure the paper that was used didn't scratch the covers of the books. The paper is really tough so I feel like that could happen! My books were fine and I was glad there was so much paper used!

Overall, their site had a good intro/customer set up section, the links from the supplier to Foward2me worked well. Communications ex couriers were e-mailed through promptly. The only issues being some confusion as to the actual plan/timing of what was happening at Foward2me. Would suggest they use a trial customer to test their site systems.

I have a delivery to my suite from Original Penguin that was delivered to forward2me warehouse on Sunday April 20,2025 were lost. Veho have proof of delivery photo but your customer service did not acknowledge it. If your warehouse is closed on weekends, you should inform all of your customers to request for delivery on weekdays when we place our orders. I thought that I found a perfect replacement of MyUS but you are equally BAD!

The Forward2me location has helped me with multiple shipments from the UK to US. You should put enough packing materials so the goods in the box wouldn't move. There were a only few paper materials and the tools seemed to move so much and scattered everywhere. It was terrible.

Estimate was off by about $40 and almost doubled the items price after the shipping. I really don't think I'll use the service again. I will look into alternative shipping methods next time. Edit: They reached out to me to disclose the item (a fragrance) was classified as a dangerous good that required repackaging. However, they relayed that this also required a surcharge that was not disclosed on the shipping options or the estimate. This should be transparent to potential customers, no disclosed after they have prepared your package.

The website works flawlessly, everything is clear, well-organized, and the customer support is fast, friendly, and efficient. The overall experience is practically impeccable.
The issue comes at checkout: shipping costs almost always end up being much higher than expected. Even after running simulations and pre-checks, the final amount often doesn't match what you originally estimated.
I understand there are technical reasons behind these charges, but to get better rates, you need to send emails, ask questions, follow up…
I just wish the approach felt less like a pure business operation and more focused on building a loyal customer relationship.
I'm having a package in Germany. There are some kind of regulations needed by the EU and it requires all kind of proofs (such as a proof of residency in the apartment for which the package needs to be forwarded to).

The cell phone number didn't seem to work for me on some pages. I then wrote to support and Nica from support helped me immediately and within a few hours I was able to change the number and register. The support is very good!
