Had an issue with my package getting to me and the company was on top of it every step of the way. They mare sure that the necessary steps were taken to retrieve my package and to ensure it was shipped to me. No extra costs. Great communication and updates from Wens (person that assisted me). Used for years and excellent service. I have used them for purchasing phones, medical tablets and basically anything that I cant get as an expat in my country. The customer service when approached have been helpful and pragmatic if a non-script reason for calling arises.

Forward2Me in Japan was able to track down a package for me with one phone call from me in the US. I then communicated with "Juile" via email regarding fees and how to pay. She was wonderful and very polite in her emails making things go flawlessly. I was able get my package on its was to NY. Thanks "Julie" once again for all your great work. It takes days and days to get a response and even that is a partial response. Really discouraging. In the past it worked well but the recent deliveries - a catastrophe
