Great Service

I have used forwarding services before, but this was my first time using Forward2Me to get something from the UK to the USA. The retailer did not offer international shippin, g and it was fairly easy to use this service. I was just careful to enter all relevant information and upload the correct documents. The result being I received my item with no hassle.

Everything worked out perfect.

From the notification of the arrival at the warehouse (with a picture!), to the framing customs payment delivery agent selection, everything was perfect without any problems. I find the service very good because you are informed about all the steps and the site is also very easy to understand and simple. Thank you very much for this great service

There was an issue with the delivery company thinking that perhaps my item possibly contained restricted/dangerous materials, which it did not, but Nica from Forward2me Japan, guided me through the process of verifying that my package was fine to ship internationally (from Japan to UK) and I received my package in 2 days after clarification.

Why do I have to pay every time a company is making an error in addressing Forward2me and knowing what the correct address is because I can check it.
DeAgostini and Fanhome (which sending is also done by DeAgostini) have now used a wrong address several times. They know that they have to use an address with my identifier in it. But every so much time they don't use my identifier and only use a street name, street number, city and postal number. I have every time mailed them after using a wrong address, They assure me that they have corrected the address, but they still keep making the same fault and probably will do it again sometime in the future!

No help DUAL USE

Since June 13th I've had no answer to my DUAL USE problem and I'm going on vacation on June 26th. That's more than 10 days without ANY CONCRETE ANSWER.

Reliably fast service

Wonderful and easy-to-use method to have some must-have items sent your way from the UK which you normally wouldn't be able to purchase. Great customer assistance. Nica from the Preston warehouse was very friendly and thorough when I thought I needed help.

I'm losing count on the many issues I'm experiencing. I think the biggest is that the selection of a courier for onward delivery is through a very opaque and unhelpful system. The user is simply presented with options from DHL, ups, FedEx with no guidance on how to choose our what changes to their order or packaging would make delivery more affordable. As a result I face thousands more in charges than I've experienced with other companies.

Dissapointed

I have had a couple of efficient deliveries using Forward2Me, but my most recent one was very disappointing. I paid for express delivery, which is expensive, but that wasn't the service I received. The delivery turned up a couple of weeks late for the occasion it was ordered for.

Very good service, but expensive shipping prices, There should be more shipping options. In Japanese warehouses, you can only select two. Previously, there was also a FedEx option, which was cheaper.

This was my first ever experience with a pack house. Forward2me were so helpful with the setting up of my account and then kept me very well informed from the moment I made my first purchase to the moment my package arrived. No language barriers and readily answered any concerns I thought I had. Will definitely be using Forward2Me again..

I trusted Forward2Me to handle high-value collector items. Despite clear instructions, they discarded the original branded shipper boxes—twice—permanently damaging the value of limited-edition books I paid hundreds of pounds for. Their excuse? "You should have told us beforehand," even though the value was clearly tied to the packaging and they were contacted in advance. This is not standard cardboard—we're talking about part of the product. Instead of owning the mistake, they shifted blame and offered no meaningful compensation. If you're shipping anything collectible, avoid Forward2Me.

In my case there was an issue regarding export from USA to Germany respectively corresponding customs. Therefore package was hold at german import unit for a lot of days. Only as the responsible manager Joyce asked for the reason we were able to solve the problem. Already a few hours later I saw progress in shipping. One day later I received the package.
