The system had indicated I had 6 months of storage fees instead of the 30 days that was correct. Because I emailed the help desk, they were ultimately able to see and fix the overcharge problem. Even though there were multiple emails and I am 6 hr time difference, we both managed to get the info needed back and forth, and my package could be sent. I went from 'never again' to 'I will use them again!' thanks to that customer service rep's help.

Forward2Me was unable to comply with U.S. Customs requirements and seems unfamiliar with them. The shipment was held up in customs awaiting response from Forward2me. The company was unresponsive over many days. I spent a couple hours on the phone solving the problem myself and then received a notice from Forward2me that the shipment was en route, as if they had done something. An international shipper should be able to navigate international requirements. Forward2Me was not able to do so.

We understand your concerns regarding the customs delay and the lack of timely communication from our side. While we are familiar with international shipping and U.S. Customs requirements, in this particular case, the absence of proper documentation specifically invoices limited our ability to act quickly and accurately on your behalf. Our team manually describes the goods the best possible that they can, customs may ask composition and to prove that we dont have basis as theres no invoices or product link on your account.

Parcel sending to New Zealand

Bought books from Amazon and had them forwarded to the depot in Preston, I registered which seemed alright but then I had to upload documents etc, fair enough but then everything got stuck basically because I hadn't put the forwarding address in, but the website, I felt, didn't make that clear. Eventually after endless emails things got sorted and the books are on their way. At this point they have not arrived but that is not down to Forward to me. Whether it was cost effective am not sure. Whether I would use the service again am not sure.

Fast and easy process.

I was a little bit scared about using this service at first as I was ordering clothing from a site in Finland that didn't deliver to the UK. I needn't have worried. The system works really well and I'm so happy that my purchase arrived to me from an address in Germany very quickly. I wouldhighy recommend and will no doubt use it again now.

My package which was a book had to be opened then I didnr have good rates for shipping and had to spend almost a 100 dollars on shipping one book. Im really angry about this

All parcels that arrive at our facility are subject to inspection to ensure they can be shipped safely and in compliance with international shipping regulations. As we are responsible for the shipment, it's important that we verify the contents and provide an accurate description for export documentation.

We also perform a basic check of the goods upon arrival to confirm they are in good condition and to identify any items that may be restricted or prohibited in the destination country.

This is why your parcel may need to be opened upon arrival. However, please rest assured that our team is thoroughly trained to handle parcels with care and follow strict protocols during inspections.

Forward with the Best

I love using these guys! If its something specific EU, sold out bedding, personal shopper in Japan, specific teas from across Europe or just niche weird fashion stuff I am into, they can handle it all and make it so simple for you the buyer/consumer. There is never any funny business, its just straight up normal business. Photos, a place to upload your invoices, it cant be anymore straight forward or simple.

Getting tired

Every single package I received recently is marked by your teem as " repackaging required " which means that I can not use the economy service anymore and every single time I have to message you to remove the repacking required notice! One message used to be enouugh but last time it had to be a long, tiring conversation just to have the requiremnt removed and ship my cheep item with cheep postage, taking my own risks

Our team may flag items for repacking if they appear to be inadequately packed or at risk of damage during transit, as we aim to ensure your goods arrive in good condition.

Support is so slow

One of my packages was found, then lost, then it didn't reflected the correct number of items in the bill. It took almost one week of emails for the company to check the package content again but they didn't updated the bill. This end up in a problem for me at Spanish customs because the package contained more items that those declared in the bill. A complete chaos.

Amazing service

I am very pleased with my experience. Apparently I forgot a specific number to be able to buy outside EU (business). F2M helped me out very well and while I fixed the necessary number, they stayed in contact with the shipping agency. The contact I had with F2M was very personal and they are really helpful, even if you yourself are the cause of the problem (like me) :)

O serviço prestado, no meu caso compras de Inglaterra e da Alemanha, ambas que não vendiam directamente para Portugal, correu muito bem. A transação foi rápida, sem qualquer problema, pena é que o valor dos portes sejam um pouco elevados, comparativamente ao que vulgarmente pagamos num site de compras online. Fora isso recomendo vivamente.

I've used Forward2Me for about two dozen purchases, from UK, EU and most recently Japan. They've always been reliable, and easy to reach for questions. The site is clear and easy to use. The cost is at most in-line for package forwarding services and maybe even reasonable for fast shipping.

Credit card compromised

My credit card was compromised and $8000 in fraudulent charges were made after I used this service. They are either stealing card info or their security is weak. Stay away.

This is obviously a very serious situation. At no stage in any of our payment processes do we have access to customer payment information such as card numbers. This is for our protection and protection of our customers. All our payments are taken through third party platforms such as PayPal meaning that it is impossible for us to be compromised in the way you have suggested.

If your credit card was compromised, we strongly recommend reporting it to your bank immediately. We are happy to cooperate with any investigation your bank may initiate.
