Thank you for your interest in Footwear etc. Our headquarters is located in California, and we're now celebrating over 30 years of great customer service. We're a family run business, which started as one store, but has grown to 11 locations along with our online store. Simply stated, we're old fashioned when it comes to the way we treat our customers. We pride ourselves on making people happy.
Why should you shop with us? In addition to our great customer service, we carry what we feel are the best products in footwear today. If it's uncomfortable, we simply don't sell it. You'll also talk to real people when you call in. Each staff member is trained, friendly and solution-oriented. In addition to comfort, we focus on remedying common problems in the feet and legs. Great price, fast shipping, plus they send an email to confirm delivery. I use a particular shoe for work. I was skeptical to buy online it is just like buying clothes online for me (uncomfortable). However, I will be using this company again in the future! Thank you!

EdSaw a pair of shoes that I was interested in, I like MBT's. Usually wear a 40, which is a 9- 91/2. This style actually came in a 9 and 9 1/2. Thought the 1/2 side would be better because sometimes MBT's slip on's run small, and I wear socks with my shoes. When I received the shoes, they were exactly what I wanted, but when I tried them on, they were to big. Quick called Customer Service, and the rep was very helpful. I gave her my order number, and told her what was wrong. I did not know how to print a return label, and she said that she would print one for me and mail it to me.
She told me that when I receive the label, put it on the box, and take it to a UPS store. Then call back to MBT and tell them that it is on its way, and they will send me out a replacement in a size 9.

You can find better deals online. I'm not sure about the quality. Maybe you should read other people's comments too. I always try to be specific.
Footwear etc. had exactly what I was looking for. The only snag was I never received a confirmation; however, calling Footwear was a cinch and the customer service person was really helpful and nice in confirming the order and letting me know the delivery status.
Great shoes. I've bought dozens of them. Even in my climate controlled closet, the soles crumble within 3 years. NOT for long term use!
Boots are beautiful and would be a comfortable walking boot but it was too big on me and a lower boot than I wanted. Happy for free shipping

I was happy to actually receive this pair of shoes since a size 37 was nowhere to be found locally or on line!
Well, at first, with regular shipping, it was great and i got my uggs in a day, but then the second pair that i ordered was with SmartPost. That shipment hasn't come yet and i've waited for over 5 days.
They carry a wide selection of MBT shoes and often put them on sale. They have free shipping and if you buy a pair full price they throw in an extra goody like a pair of socks or a bracelet. Cool...
