Very happy with using Footwear.com as its hard to find older running shoes models at a reasonable price.

The staff in the San Mateo store is always attentive and friendly. I find the website to be easy to use and take advantage of it more than shopping in person. I do not rely on the company staff when I order online.

The difference in the quality of the same shoe. The New Balance sole is thicker, on the 327, and I don't know if it is the difference of the golf shoe vs the running shoe but they are identical in form and tread, so the sole is just thicker on the ones from footwear vs the $#*!'s Sporting Goods.

I am a fan of Footware! You tried your best to find these shoes probably over 8 months ago for me and they were not to be found. You could find the size and color but not the wide width (and Hoka did not have them either)! I was looking at the newer colors when I saw your latest on line email that included these shoes (including width and size). Oh, I did my happy dance and purchased them!

They offer a wonderful selection of footwear, shoes, boots, sandals, slippers, athletic and innovative clothing and bags.

The staff is super friendly- stop in for a visit.

This company really made me feel important. They kept me informed every phase of delivery. Delivery was prompt and I was contacted after delivery. It made me feel as if they really cared. I so look forward to placing another order. I will tell others about this company.

All good, I always had feet that hurt with other shoes, these are my all day walking shoe. I finally found my right fit too.

Very satisfied as the low availability shoe was accessible from your site. It was better priced than other locations - which were out of stock. The cost of shipping to Hawaii made it less well priced, but that's the price of paradise.

Love the shoe but too small …. Cannot wear as is. If I can exchange will also buy another in different color. Please give return instructions.

The emails were answered and the delivery was right on time. Only concern how the left boot seem awider than the right foot. Other than that I like the color dark brown and the fit is ok.
