Purchasing my shoes from Footwear was terrific! Their prices are outstanding and their delivery of my shoes was one the best I have ever had the good fortune to experience! Will definitely be purchasing other shoes from them in the future!

GT earlier series shoes are difficult to find in my size - can't be ordered from ASICS directly (they've moved on to later models). Footwear had a size and color available, so I grabbed it!

I have purchased a number of excellent shoes and have good luck with online and in store orders overall, BUT the Rewards program consistently overlooks my birthday/anniversary and makes errors deducting all points when returns are made. Sad!

Very discouraging. I was going to Carribean for 10 days, and I tried on to wear only in-house.
The shoes were too thin and fragile, and there was no support. I wear a size 10, and my older ones support and hold my feet up. These are a real disappointment. I feel so let down.
I do want my money back.
How do I return before my 10-day vacation starting next week?

Just wanted to say even though I may have goofed and chosen pickup vs shipping after one quick phone call they were preparing to ship my new sneakers.

Your shop is tiny, but you still manage to carry all my favorite brands (Habitat, Bagalinos, Rieker, etc.). I live in NY, but I always shop at FootwearEtc when I am in California!

I bought my Uggs with Apple Pay and it was so easy. I received an email once I made a purchase and followup emails for the arrival.

The shoes I wanted were on sale at a great price, were shipped promptly, and are perfect. They are exactly what I purchased at a local store at twice the price and were so comfortable that I wanted another pair. I feel lucky to have found them on sale at FootWear.

I was worried when I first purchased shoes from here cus I regretted buying from Zappos, and it's really hard to tell who's a Scam and who isn't. This is my 2nd pair from Footwear Etc, haven't needed to contact customer Support or do a return so I can't give a review on either. I will definitely be buying from here again if Marathon Sports or HOKA don't have a color I want in my size and width in the future, which is what lead me here.

Was very specific on the details of shipping, received it a day after the first confirmation email. Was packaged very well without any problems. Very straight forward and informative as well as a correct description of the product.

Easy online purchase. I happened to go to San Diego (Rancho Bernardo store) to return the pump and exchange the Mary Jane style for a wide. The employees were very helpful and friendly.
