My podiatrist recommended Footwear as they had the brands, arches and shoe size range that would make it easy for me to find a comfortable shoe. I provided the salesperson with the recommendations and he suggested a couple of specific styles. They had sizes, color choices and arches, so I was able to leave with them on my feet.

When I checked out there was not anywhere to input the Shoes4me so I would receive the discounted price. All the sudden my order was placed without it.

This pair of shoes I have been thinking for 3yrs, the color is always out of stock in their own store, luckily I found out in your stores greenfootware. It just thinner and harder than I thought, next time I will buy Hoka Bondi series.

Only four days before departure on a 2-week trip, I realized that my favorite pair of Fidelio sandals was in a state of disrepair. I checked online, and there was a pair available in my size. I feared there was insufficient time to have them delivered to my home, so I chose in-store pickup at the Los Altos store (24 hours estimated time). Three days later, I had still not received notice to pick up my order. I was leaving the next day, and customer service was not available, because it was a Saturday. I called the store, and a woman named something like Suriya answered. She did not see any evidence of my order in the store, so she said she would call customer service and investigate. Within minutes, she called me back to say I could pick up my order. She went the extra mile to help me.

Footwear etc has always been my go to place for shoes especially trying to get better fitting shoes thats comfortable and easy for walking around.

Great products and appreciate the wonderful customer service as well. I also go to the store in San Diego and they are always really great.

I was looking for Blue in this shoe. I already had it in White and Black so I knew the size to order. I did have to add an orthodic for more arch support.

Can't recall. It's been a while but I don't recall it being a five star experience. It was acceptable. This, you demanding a description is a turn off.

I order a few times a year for Women's Dansko Paisley Navy Milled Nuback for my work shoes. I work at a garden center and on my feet all day. Watering plants, the shoes are waterproof. I have Plantar Fascitis and these shoes work for me.

My first experience was a year ago when I went into the physical store in Santa Clara. The associate at the time spent lots of time going over various options for my plantar fasciitis, and never once pressured to sell me a shoe or upsell me on any products. I ultimately purchased the Hoka Gaviota on that visit and while the Hokas were a good run for 1 year, my plantar fasciitis flared up again and so I'm back in the market for a new shoe.

The website is easy to maneuver and understand. I can quickly check colors and prices of my favorites. As my feet give me problems, I need to make sure to buy the best possible shoes for me.

I don't know why the navy ones gave me blisters the first day worn. The silver, and jean ones purchased a few years ago, were all true to color and did not give me blister, ever.

Footwear Etc offered a discount code but it wouldn't work correctly. I tried a second and subsequent times & discount code was rejected outright. The customer service line was not open at the time I attempted to order & code expired before I could reach out for assistance.

Excellent. I don't like the way this form is set up. It makes me want to rethink my overall experience with buying shoes from Footwear, etc.

The socks I ordered were out of stock. Footwear, etc. immediately contacted me and asked if I would like to order a different pair so that I could claim my discount code. I chose another pair and everything went seamlessly (pun intended)! I can't say enough good things about Footwear, etc. They are terrific!
