Thank you for your interest in Footwear etc. Our headquarters is located in California, and we're now celebrating over 30 years of great customer service. We're a family run business, which started as one store, but has grown to 11 locations along with our online store. Simply stated, we're old fashioned when it comes to the way we treat our customers. We pride ourselves on making people happy.
Why should you shop with us? In addition to our great customer service, we carry what we feel are the best products in footwear today. If it's uncomfortable, we simply don't sell it. You'll also talk to real people when you call in. Each staff member is trained, friendly and solution-oriented. In addition to comfort, we focus on remedying common problems in the feet and legs. Poor customer service. They did not try and help me get my shoes through another source. They told me to go through their website. They used to do this for me but not anymore.
I found a good price and read good reviews on line about the reputation of the company and noticed that the distribution center was on the west coast which meant faster delivery times for me. Boots were recieved within days and I couldn't be happier.

In store people are always there to help, especially if you have a specific foot problem.
I had no specific problem ordering the shoes in my size. I would from here again. Do not be looking for an Amazon next day or the day after that shipping experience.
