Good photos and detailed descriptions make it easy to select a shoe. The shoes arrived quickly and in perfect shape. They fit exactly as described.

I wish the shoes were displayed in tabs and not the way they were. It seemed like there was new shoe options everytime I clicked on a shoe and then went to the bottom of the page. If it had tabs with it sectioned by styles it would make for a better shopping experience.

I will say that these shoes with elastic and have a soft foot covering are tricky. The size 7 is too large - the sole is too long. But, the 6.5 is a little short on the toes so I cannot wear them for long stretches. But the store and service is great!

I ordered a pair of sandals on July 21,2021. I live in Alaska. The shipping information on their website states shipping is 4-8 business days. After many phone calls, they have told me that it will be 4-6 weeks to get my shoes! Would never have ordered from them! No one No-one takes that long to get here. They put them on a barge! That is for large objects not shoes! I would never use them again.

Great shopping but my Birthday reward did not reflect on my account. It was suppose to be good for 30 days. Birthday was june 29th

On the website It said if I signed up I'd get a 10% discount. I signed up, did not receive a discount code in either text or email, and did not receive it at checkout. Very disappointing that the advertisement was not fulfilled.
