Thank you for your interest in Footwear etc. Our headquarters is located in California, and we're now celebrating over 30 years of great customer service. We're a family run business, which started as one store, but has grown to 11 locations along with our online store. Simply stated, we're old fashioned when it comes to the way we treat our customers. We pride ourselves on making people happy.
Why should you shop with us? In addition to our great customer service, we carry what we feel are the best products in footwear today. If it's uncomfortable, we simply don't sell it. You'll also talk to real people when you call in. Each staff member is trained, friendly and solution-oriented. In addition to comfort, we focus on remedying common problems in the feet and legs. I was looking for some specific Aetrex styles and this store had the styles I wanted for the best prices and I prefer to shop local or small businesses instead of the huge "jungle" site. I live in Nebraska but these came pretty fast and were nicely packaged with a personally signed note thanking me for my order.
Great product just like my 1st pair, wonderful quality and my last pair lasted 5 years! So for the price to me that's a win win! Very comfortable and I'm a nurse on my feet soo when I tell you they are great they are
