I have had good experience with the quality of shoes I have purchased from Footwear etc. The best part of shopping at the Encinitas store is the extraordinary customer service. In particular, Tara, has been friendly, attentive, and efficient in every interaction I have had with her. While I might be able to buy shoes online, Tara's professionalism and her help keep me coming back to this store.

Footwear ect was my go to shoe store in Northern California but my experience at the Encinitas store has been less than stellar. I once stood by the counter waiting to pay while the manager trained a new employee. From what I heard she doesn't treat her workers very well and wouldn't it be a better learning experience to actually demonstrate how a customer should be treated by ringing up my order? I could have walked out but I had invested time to find the right shoes and didn't want to start over. If you want to have customers shouldn't you stop what you are doing and pay attention to the customer or at least acknowledge that I am here. I will only order online now.

Product is awesome, timing took to long, we needed them in three days, there were no options for military or senior discounts, didn't have black top and white bottom is what I really really needed.

Very attractive and comfortable. The shoe is very feminine which I like very much! Not bulky but beautiful. I get many complements every time I wear them. I have many pairs just like them.

I wanted to purchase more MarcMarcs socks. I checked the Footwear Etc. website and saw they were available. I went to my local Footwear Etc. store and they were not in inventory. I was told they had all been moved to another store. I then ordered them online and had to pay shipping charges and I could not use my coupon for online purchases for non-sale items. The product did arrive quickly once I figured out I needed to purchase them online. Would suggest noting on your website which products are really only available online. This would save time and trouble.

Mark, the sales Associate at footwear, etc., in San Mateo was very attentive. We talked about plantar fasciitis. What type of shoe was best And whether or not to use insoles. He was very helpful. I would recommend and have recommended the store to multiple people because of the great customer service they give you don't find that in the mall shoe stores.

Ordered online picked up in store but was told by salesperson to try it on. Glad I did because it was the wrong size and they pulled a better fitting pair from stock and changed my order for me to get the correct size for me.

I had been looking for a white canvas sneaker. Footwear etc had the Taos style I was looking for in a wide width (which is super hard to find). They shipped almost immediately. Delivery was delayed 2 days because of a train accident but not any fault of this company. I'm pretty please with my experience
