Thank you for your interest in Footwear etc. Our headquarters is located in California, and we're now celebrating over 30 years of great customer service. We're a family run business, which started as one store, but has grown to 11 locations along with our online store. Simply stated, we're old fashioned when it comes to the way we treat our customers. We pride ourselves on making people happy.
Why should you shop with us? In addition to our great customer service, we carry what we feel are the best products in footwear today. If it's uncomfortable, we simply don't sell it. You'll also talk to real people when you call in. Each staff member is trained, friendly and solution-oriented. In addition to comfort, we focus on remedying common problems in the feet and legs. I was happy to actually receive this pair of shoes since a size 37 was nowhere to be found locally or on line!
Well, at first, with regular shipping, it was great and i got my uggs in a day, but then the second pair that i ordered was with SmartPost. That shipment hasn't come yet and i've waited for over 5 days.
They carry a wide selection of MBT shoes and often put them on sale. They have free shipping and if you buy a pair full price they throw in an extra goody like a pair of socks or a bracelet. Cool...
