If you want the wrong size shoe, no response from company and no refund despite using UPS return label, this is the company for you.

I don't normally shop online. I heard about hokas and wanted to buy a pair. I live in Ephrata, Washington, a very small town, so I had to order this online. My son ordered them online for me because I am not an online shopper normally. This is the first time I ever bought a pair of shoes online. I ordered the wide pair because normally I buy shoes on the wider size. I think they are almost too wide for me, but I have already wore them out and about so I feel I cannot return them. If I ever buy Hokas again I will not buy them quite so wide. I chose this brand because a friend of mine had a bunion removed. The doctor told her this is a good brand. I am 51 years old and feel that it is important that we take care of our feet. Our feet have to carry us. As far as the timeliness, my shoes were delivered in a good timeframe, and I got what I ordered. Therefore, I am pleased with this company and my purchase except I think I chose a pair one size 2 wide. That's on me and not you. Shopping online is a brand new experience for me.

Got two pairs of shoes for much less than I would have paid elsewhere

Placed an order and everything went fine. I just received the shoes and have only tried them on and they appear to be comfortable but I have not worn them for any length of time. They are quality shoes but again I have not worn them outside yet.

I reached out to Footwear etc. by calling their closest store, by ordering online and by asking a question through their website. Prompt, courteous and knowledgable responses all three times. The shoes are great and, no surprise, the box contained a personal note asking me to reach out if I had any questions.

I thought this can only be a sandal like all others. Once I received it and put it on my foot, I could not believe the instant relief and comfort it provided. If you are on your feet a lot and need comfort and relief from a hard days work, get these! I wear them in the morning around the house and at night when I get home from work. You will not regret it! I have never worn a sandal like this one EVER!

Not only does Footwear etc have good prices, the shoes are comfortable. The Revere Naples shoes are comfortable even if you have bunions since they have stretch uppers.

Remonte sandals are so comfortable. All the adjustments this sandal offers makes it a customized fit.

I ordered my shoes on a Tuesday, and they arrived at my door on Thursday!

I have a high arch. I was excited to see that this boot has 2 zippers. I thought that feature would increase my chances of getting the boot on my foot. Unfortunately one of the zippers is only decorative. I can't get the boot over my arch. I could probably force my foot into the boot, but I don't want to struggle with my boots.

Only Footwear, Etc. had the size and color I wanted. The shoes arrived in two days. Very happy and will definitely order from them again.

I searched for my size and brand of shoe and it came up as available for sale at a very reasonable price - and miraculously, they only had my exact size. What luck! Only, they emailed me the next day and told me they are sorry, but they don't have this model in stock after all. Would I like to apply my credit towards another model? While they did immediately refund my money as requested, they still show up in my search for that model and size shoe.
