Only Footwear, Etc. had the size and color I wanted. The shoes arrived in two days. Very happy and will definitely order from them again.

I searched for my size and brand of shoe and it came up as available for sale at a very reasonable price - and miraculously, they only had my exact size. What luck! Only, they emailed me the next day and told me they are sorry, but they don't have this model in stock after all. Would I like to apply my credit towards another model? While they did immediately refund my money as requested, they still show up in my search for that model and size shoe.

My experience was fine! I was looking for a certain color and this was where I found it! I went for an actual fitting for hokas and everyone at work raves about them! Well I wore them 9 hours at work and now have blister on back of each heal

I was happy to find these shoes in stock, since they were out of stock most places I looked. The shoes are awesome, cute, comfortable, warm, and true to size...but they took 19 days to arrive! I do live in Alaska but USPS has flat rate to Alaska that arrives within a week, year round. When I contacted the seller they told me shipping to Alaska could take up to 14 days. Of course it can...but does it usually? (No!) I've been up here 23 years and buy stuff online all the time, I know how long it takes for stuff to arrive. 19 days is too long, and is way outside the normal time. I think they used one of those partner shipping methods, where it starts out with UPS and transfers to USPS so maybe that's why it took an eternity to arrive. Other than that, totally happy with my purchase!

But must of my experience is at the Willow glen store on Lincoln Ave San Jose CA. That store has the must experience helpful employees I have purchased over Thousand dollars this year I enjoy there company great store staff.
