I have never had trouble with this company and this is how I purchase most all my shoes. As long as I stick with brands I am familiar with, I never have a problem!

Received sleepers, delivered to our pick-up area, no problems

Found the shoe I had been looking for in my size for weeks. Arrived in 5 days in perfect condition.

Get great advice/recommendations in store - they really listen to what I'm looking for. Service online is always fast & efficient. The few times I've resorted to another online provider have ended in hassle & disappointment. So now it's Footwear Etc. all the time!

Great shoes. Amazon has me spoiled on delivery. 8 or 9 days is too long for me

I returned the item due to size and reordered and chose a different and more expensive style, but was NOT able to receive the same coupon discount…. Not fair practice…

I didn't get email that the order was received or shipped, however I contactacted the seller who answered right away and the email was in my promotions folder! Thanks so much for your prompt response.

While the process was painless, I do wish the lines of communication was a bit better. I ordered and paid for my shoes and I received no communication until a week later when I got a notice that my shoes would be delivered the next day. A simple advisory note that they have been shipped would have worked wonders. Especially since there was a statement that most all orders are shipped within a day or two.

I like this brand. Glad you had it. I would buy more.

Exactly what I needed, happy with the shopping experience

I bought these shoes for their cute appearance and overall comfort, garnering compliments the first day I wore them to work. But as the day wore on they soon seemed to "loosen," and I realized they're too big. I'm a clear size 7M, for which the accompanying conversion chart advised European size 38 to fit 7-7.5 American feet. I'm now trying to wear thicker socks and considering ways to add padding so the shoes don't "flop" when I walk. Footwear Etc. itself isn't the problem - it's the shoes and advised sizing. The store was incredibly fast and professional with delivery and even included a message in the box from an employee hoping I will enjoy the shoes, which I do love and am hoping I can remedy or replace. Buyers should be mindful of sizing when ordering online with no opportunity to try them on first.

I have been wearing variations of these sandals for over 8 years. They are so comfortable and good for your feet. My chiropractor always commends me on my choice.

Communication and order tracking was great. Shipping was free which is great but it took a little longer than I would have wanted

I thought purchasing a "higher quality", no-show sock would make a difference, but these aren't any better than the less expensive ones. They fall off of your heels immediately when walking. I will not be buying again.
