Thank you for your interest in Footwear etc. Our headquarters is located in California, and we're now celebrating over 30 years of great customer service. We're a family run business, which started as one store, but has grown to 11 locations along with our online store. Simply stated, we're old fashioned when it comes to the way we treat our customers. We pride ourselves on making people happy.
Why should you shop with us? In addition to our great customer service, we carry what we feel are the best products in footwear today. If it's uncomfortable, we simply don't sell it. You'll also talk to real people when you call in. Each staff member is trained, friendly and solution-oriented. In addition to comfort, we focus on remedying common problems in the feet and legs. The shoes arrived right on time, they look beautiful and I would use this service again. Thank goodness for the thick package, it Right after the shoes were delivered, it rained very hard. Monday, I wasn't home during the rain, thankfully the shoes were dry once the box was opened.
My order of Munro sandals came quickly and they fit great! I was so happy to find them at such a great price!
I bought a pair of not inexpensive sandals from a new company to me because it was the only place I could find what I wanted. My experience from start to finish was GREAT! I had no prior knowledge of this business but went ahead and ordered 2 beautiful tops online. I am a senior and not very computer savvy but it was a straightforward procedure. The package arrived in a timely manner and the blouses were every bit as gorgeous as they looked in the online pictures. I wish I lived closer so I could visit the store in person. Maybe I will do that next time I fly to CA to visit my son in the Bay area. His employer is actually based in Los Gatos!

After my podiatrist recommended Brooks running shoes, I tried them and have been buying them for years now. They are very comfortable and I've tried Adrenaline and Ariel. My new pair is Ariel and so far so good. They're expensive and it's hard to find them on sale but with my problems with my feet, I'm willing to pay the price now. I love being able to take my daily walks pain free again.

This particular type of shoe has a rollbar and was recommended to wear with my afo brace. It has great support and is nice looking
