Thank you for your interest in Footwear etc. Our headquarters is located in California, and we're now celebrating over 30 years of great customer service. We're a family run business, which started as one store, but has grown to 11 locations along with our online store. Simply stated, we're old fashioned when it comes to the way we treat our customers. We pride ourselves on making people happy.
Why should you shop with us? In addition to our great customer service, we carry what we feel are the best products in footwear today. If it's uncomfortable, we simply don't sell it. You'll also talk to real people when you call in. Each staff member is trained, friendly and solution-oriented. In addition to comfort, we focus on remedying common problems in the feet and legs. Shoe have a black scratch mark across the leather. Shoes also did not look new. Looked as though they had been worn before.

The cushion inside the shoes are outstanding. The shoes feel like pillows on the feet. They are visually bigger than other shoes but still look amazing. Consider them literally pillows on the feet. I highly recommend. Haven't walked much in them yet, but I can foresee them taking a beating. Just know the thread behind the slip-on part will show wear n tear. So use that wisely. Enjoy!
I ordered my snadels and expected dat was 3 days they came the next day! Will definitely order from you guys again!
These comments apply to this experience. Previous experiences have been ok. I received a postcard on 6/24 saying that my $40 reward expired on 6/26. When I placed my order using the reward # on the card, i only received a $20 credit. Called to resolve issue.
Went to store to find compression socks and the correct size. Manager in store was so helpful and now my ankles are doing great!
Very supportive shoes for club feet. They are the only ones I can wear yet are sold out everywhere. Please bring back more bondi 7's they are the best of all the bondi shoes. The 8's and 9's are not even close to the 7. Disappointing.

I wish my rewards did not expire. I don't buy a lot of shoes - just quality shoes. Therefore, I don't always replace my shoes before my rewards expire.
The shoes arrived right on time, they look beautiful and I would use this service again. Thank goodness for the thick package, it Right after the shoes were delivered, it rained very hard. Monday, I wasn't home during the rain, thankfully the shoes were dry once the box was opened.
My order of Munro sandals came quickly and they fit great! I was so happy to find them at such a great price!
